Ordered a 16 color charger February 17, 2026 and paid in full. To date (June 1, 2026), we have yet to receive the glass charger. I have called multiple times and sent a email and have yet to receive any return correspondence. Not sure what to do.

Great store! We purchased two of Sheldon's stained glass pieces while visiting from Germany. He took the time to carefully pack them to survive the return trip to Germany in our luggage, which they did. Very positive experience and will return for more pieces in the future.
