“Very cute store located on the north corner of Mt Dora downtown. Unique gift and home decor items. Staff has always been pleasant and kind, even when we have our kids in tow. Mostly reasonably priced high quality items; a few items seem to have a little bit of a high markup. Store is not ideal for strollers but it can be done.”

“I visited Cozy Nest for the first time in January of this year. I do not live in Mt. Dora and was visiting the town with a friend. I purchased the cutest wooden, magnetic trains for my Grandson. It is all alphabets so you spell out their name and being magnetic stick together so cute. You can also purchase an engine and caboose. They are small & the perfect size for little ones to play with.I was able to give him the wooden, magnetic trains a few days ago and the caboose was missing one wheel. I didn't even notice it was missing.I called Cozy Nest and a very pleasant woman said she would let the owner know what happened and they would get back to me. I received a text message saying they would be sending me a new caboose and let them know when I receive it. I offered to pay for it or shipping and they said that was not necessary.What great and fast customer service. I will be shopping there again the next time I visit Mt. Dora.I recommend all who visit Mt. Dora to stop in to Cozy Nest and see all the beautiful and neat items they sell. You will be happy you did.Patti Raymond”

“One of my favorite shops in Mount Dora, Florida. The shop owner, Lisa Winslow, is friendly and kind and will go out of her way to help you find what you are looking for. I know I’m going to see her smiling face when I enter the store. She fills her shop with garden decor including, flags, statuary, garden art poles, chimes. She also carries some small cross body bags. I really like the “Save the Girls” crossbody bags and own a couple of styles. My favorite can be used as a wallet in a larger bag as well. They are RFID touchscreen purses. You can access the front of your phone from the back of the bag to make and receive calls or texts. Lisa stock many accessories for you and your home. I particularly enjoy her Spring and Holiday collections.”

“Wonderful shop. Incredible selection of hand made glass art. Both art and functional. All beautiful. The owner, Sheldon, is very interesting and informative. He's been working in glass since 1985. He started in the shop learning as a young man and bought the business when the owner passed. Definitely visit when in wonderful Mount Dora!”

“Papilio is a local treasure! Wonderful gifts from china to books to terrific baby presents. Their plants are beautiful and well-tended and cared for. They have recently expanded a beer and wine venue that is cozy, comfortable and becoming a local favorite. They have live music there several nights each month. Papilio offers so much to visitors and locals.”
