When I set a bag down and accidentally hit her keyboard which froze up, she was understanding, made it about the customer, and just kept on with the return. Loved her smile and welcoming friendliness. Staff seemed to like each other as well which makes all the difference for the energy in the place.”

“I went to Mail Express to have my fingerprints taken for work. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. The gentleman who attended me was polite, friendly, and efficient. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I needed to repeat the process and was unable to easily find how to do that with them from their website. However, the experience was great and I would love use their shipping services as well.”
