This has been my parents Bank for decades and it’s like a family. The staff are always concerned and asking how they are. Recently Judith and Brandy helped us with some account matters and they went above and beyond with Customer Service. I appreciate their thoroughness and care❤️

while Judith is a wonderful individual, her hands are tied by the banks policies. AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE.The bank, as a corporation, fails in every aspect of customer service or considerations. They put their interest first, customer be dammed.Would not recommend.
