“Not sure what her name is, so recommending her here will be hard, but she has brown hair and brown eyes. Somehow when I walk into the branch I'm always super stressed, but then she puts a smile on my face and I walk out happier than when I walked in. Maybe it's in how she presents herself and her professionalism. She usually works the far right teller. It's one reason I keep going back into the branch to make my deposits, because I'm always in a much better mood than when I walk in. Maybe it's life or the challenges with work. Thank you PNC! There is plenty of parking in SunTrust's lot plus handicapped spaces and a wheelchair accessible ramp leading to the machine. I believe a small transaction fee applies if you don't have an account at the bank.”

“This is the first bank I have been to without a drive thru. Apparently, the drive thru is no longer needed. However, there are two (2) active ATMs where the drive thru is. The staff inside the bank are kind, professional, and helpful. It's a good set up.”
