“Went to Office Depot 4 minutes before they closed because I needed to print something immediately that was very time sensitive. I was directed to the self service printer area and was there for 15 minutes AFTER close having so much trouble sending my document to the printer. When I set a bag down and accidentally hit her keyboard which froze up, she was understanding, made it about the customer, and just kept on with the return. Loved her smile and welcoming friendliness. Staff seemed to like each other as well which makes all the difference for the energy in the place.”
