The BEST WESTERN Mulberry Hotel is noted for its nice, clean, and very nice rooms with awesome beds. The staff receives consistent praise for being extremely nice, excellent, and providing great service from the front desk. The hotel features a nice swimming pool in a screened-in area and an okay exercise room. Its location is convenient for visiting family. However, several issues are frequently mentioned. The walls are super thin, leading to noise disturbances from other rooms. Maintenance problems are common, including a shower/tub that drains slowly, unstable shower temperature control, a broken ice machine, and a weight machine needing repair. Some rooms lack an exhaust fan, direct USB outlets, or a table and chairs. Utility reliability can be problematic, with electricity and internet sometimes failing during storms. Additional charges, such as a fee for early check-in, and high prices for the location are criticized. While generally clean, the hotel allows pets, which can be a consideration for guests.
Staff was extremely nice, but the walls are super thin. The room next to us had loud music playing from 2:00 AM until 7:00 AM and yelling and talking loudly. It felt like they were IN our room.

I just think $156 per night is a little steep being that this Facility is located in a small hick town such as Mulberry. Prime example of price gouging!
