The BEST WESTERN Mulberry Hotel is noted for its nice, clean, and very nice rooms with awesome beds. The staff receives consistent praise for being extremely nice, excellent, and providing great service from the front desk. The hotel features a nice swimming pool in a screened-in area and an okay exercise room. Its location is convenient for visiting family. However, several issues are frequently mentioned. The walls are super thin, leading to noise disturbances from other rooms. Maintenance problems are common, including a shower/tub that drains slowly, unstable shower temperature control, a broken ice machine, and a weight machine needing repair. Some rooms lack an exhaust fan, direct USB outlets, or a table and chairs. Utility reliability can be problematic, with electricity and internet sometimes failing during storms. Additional charges, such as a fee for early check-in, and high prices for the location are criticized. While generally clean, the hotel allows pets, which can be a consideration for guests.
I stayed for 5 nights. The doctor not clean the rooms every day and I had to ask for towels the second night. Seems a little overpriced for the area. The gala at the front desk are all friendly and polite, especially the assistant manager, Samantha.

It was better than our first stay. They have done some remodeling to the rooms.

Ms Samantha (assistant manager) was the best person in this place! She was beyond helpful, very sweet, and very knowledgeable. Her services and personality are the biggest reason my brother and I would stay here every time we go to Florida!
