“I went to Verizon with a tech issue on a new phone and met Savannah and her will tell you she is the best at what she does! I will be sending people her way because she not only fixed my issue, but she was honest about my recent purchase, upgraded my phone, and walked me through transferring everything off my old phone. I work for myself so I was worried about work information being lost. Savannah is your girl! Go to her for any phone or service needs!”
“Usually they do a pretty good job but I went in to pick up equipment because we went from 500 megs to a gig and I was told I was supposed to get a modem and a cable box. Will I get there and he tells me no I don't need a modem because what I have works with my new package. And I'm like are you sure? And he insisted so I didn't get the box. I did get the cable box and it was supposed to be a DVR it wasn't, no big deal I don't really use it anyways. I get home call to activate everything days later when I have some time and I get the cable box working and then my internet stops working. Come to find out after going back and forth the modem I have does not support the package that I was upgraded to. So now we have to put everything back so I can at least have internet in my box stops working. I had to have a tech out to fix the cable modem and got my new one gig up and running but totally forgot about the cable box and had to call somebody else out which in turn put another box on and had trouble with that neither boxes were working he went through all the cable and replaced stuff and switching boxes back and forth somehow it finally started working but it blinks once in awhile. This is the first time I've ever had such a hard time getting my service upgraded. It all could have been avoided had the clerk at the store knowing that I didn't have the right box.”
