I went into this store to leave my package and to give you the receipt for the package they charge $ when other Pack & Ship never charge it. And the customer service is terrible.

Unfortunately my experience is REALLY BAD I send a certified mail 3/5/2024 today is May 2 -2024 letter can’t be found call post office did a claim and documents not showing anywhere. Sadly love to support small business but this time I can’t. Please be aware
