“Kenley was the person who took care of me and he did a great job. I had gone to UPS at Pelican Bay Market place first and they were so rude that I walked out. In addition UPS wanted to charge me $69 to send a letter to arrive in two days. When I walked out and went to FEDEX, Kenley gave me two choices. I could send to arrive in two days for $26 or to arrive on Monday for $10. I have no idea how UPS stays in business but FEDEX (Airport and Vanderbilt Beach rd) just earned a new customer and UPS lost a long time customer.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience working with Bo, I wish I could give 100 stars! I had to ship my glass art internationally to be exhibited. This was my first time ever showing my work in a museum or having to ship my glass. Bo went above and beyond and did a custom crate build for my piece. He was clear, honest, and affordable. He took care of all my shipping anxieties and my piece arrived safely on time! I highly recommend Pack & Post.”

“I use this location for my PostScan Mail address/mail pick up, as well as drop off packages, buying stamps, sending out mail, purchase holiday and birthday cards, etc.. The young gentleman who works the front is wonderful and yes, im sure English is his second language but I understand everything he says no problem. It's also 2025 in a tourist town that is culturally mixed so some of these reviews im reading are shocking to me that people are so offended. Maybe those people need to adjust their hearing aids. He also has impeccable manners and is quick!
I also want to point out most of the holding fees for those large carriers are per store and if people read the fine print this is usual practice. You pay more for convenience to avoid the lines at post office/fed ex/UPS stores. You don't go to Publix and complain about not getting Aldi price- it's the same concept. The business is convenience, they're doing a great job! I have also seen the manager in action before and he is very knowledgeable and efficient. They have wonderful hours, I am a very happy regular customer here.”
