“It has been a fantastic experience renting at Orchid Run. From my very first phone call, Kiara Isales was warm, welcoming and quick to respond to all communication. She answered all my questions and made the process of renting without seeing the apartment first an extremely pleasant experience.

Upon moving in, both Carla Jaquez and Gloria Valverde made me feel immediately at home. The pool and grounds are well maintained. The fitness center has all the necessary equipment. The extras (ping pong tables, hammocks, plenty of open air seating) make this a very comfortable place to relax. The location is fantastic as Orchid Run is super close to I-75, downtown and the beaches.

I highly recommend Orchid Run as a place to live. The apartments are spacious, with upgraded appliances, open air balconies and they are beautifully decorated. Kiara, Carla and Gloria will take care of you and make you feel like family.”

“Moved in back in December, had a few things wrong with the bathroom and washer/dryer and was a little worried based off past experiences in other apartment complexes that it would take forever for maintenance to address issues. But Ray and his team were extremely responsive and did a wonderful job taking care of any of my concerns. They were out here same day and in most cases within the first few minutes of me reaching out. Big time shoutout to Ray.

On top of that, I love the apartment itself and the community. Great place to live.

Update: had another issue due to someone else’s washing machine usage which isn’t permitted by the community and caused a leak and for the ceiling to collapse. Ray and Jose were out here within minutes! Truly great maintenance service and extremely fast!

Update #2: Marisol is the absolute best at what she does! I wanted to move from my single bedroom apartment to a two bedroom. She did everything in her power to make sure I got the place that I wanted. This complex, thanks to Marisol, is extremely accommodating and willing to work with you to make sure your experience here is the best possible. Thanks to her and Ray (lead maintenance), this community is a 5 star place to live.”

“I love living in Magnolia Square! I’ve been here nearly a year and have fully enjoyed my experience so far. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are top notch. I’m enjoying all my neighbors that range in ages, which is also nice to see. It feels like a real community or neighborhood. “I rarely write reviews, but La Costa Apartments really deserves to be praised. I have been living here with my husband since 2019, and that is a seriously long period of time, so I can realistically comment on the living conditions in this complex.
The location is perfect. The settlement itself is very nicely designed and arranged. Always clean, tidy, with lots of greenery, somehow romantic. A lot has been done in terms of the reconstruction of the settlement itself, on the areas used by all tenants, which are of public importance. The whole complex got a new look, which is really wonderful.
However, what makes life beautiful here are people. I really have to take this opportunity to praise Vanessa and the maintenance team (Vincent and other gentleman who maintained our apartment for years), who once again demonstrated teamwork and efficiency at the highest level today. And to thank them for their hard work and efforts to meet the demands of their tenants. And let me not forget to mention how kind and patient everyone is, which is truly commendable.
Five stars for you, ladies and gentlemen.
