The workers were so rude and the service was awful. We asked several times for help and they told us to stand by the table and wait for someone to come up to us. There was over 10 workers standing in the back doing nothing and refused to help us. We waited over 20 minutes for help but they refused to comply. it should not be this hard to purchase a new watch and phone, especially when you are spending that much money. We definitely will not be coming back here and it’s very disappointing that Apple allows this.

Keith went above and beyond to help me with my broken phone today! Grateful for his amazing service. :) I’ve been to this location twice and prefer it over the coconut point store.

Don't understand the system, wanted to buy something, no one has time if you haven't already ordered anything online.

I went to waterdide Apple store today to get protective film for my new Pr0Max16 and a return of ear buds--thay sent me 2 pair--only needed 1. I was blown away by how may Apple employees there were at the store!!!!! Everyone who walked in was immediately helped by employees----APPLE--this is what World Class Service looks like. I am not sure who has taken over managing your retail stores-----but double their compensation package--they have moved APPLE into the finest retail service and sales stores in the UNIVERSE!!!!!!! BRAVO!!!!!!!!

Simply put, this store is a dumpster fire. Several employees wandering around chatting with one and other like they are at a cocktail party but don't seem to
have the desire to help customers. Appointments for the customers are foolish because the employees are busy talking with each other ranter than coming to assist. I am not a fan of Apple and this store solidifed by disgust with their products.

Horrific experience would be an understatement. I’ve been an Apple customer for about 2 decades. Never in my life have I been treated with so much disrespect and gaslighting in my life. My mother who recently passed away bought me an iPad charger for this past Christmas. The USB which has absolutely no physical defects stopped working out of the blue. The person “assisting” me tried to interrogate me about the receipt and I tried to explain that I do not have the receipt in more ways than one. I have never come across any issues getting an exchange for damaged cords never mind a brand new one that was obviously not a user error. This person who was most likely not even conceived when I originally become an Apple customer, used every bit of his energy to make me feel uncomfortable, unheard and disrespected. After repeating there was “nothing he could do without a receipt”, he asked me if I wanted the cord. I said, “no, you can have it, as I obviously have no use for it.” He just glared at me condescendingly. Nonexistent customer service these days. Apple Support was absolutely useless too. Support called the location to ask where the cord was because I was too upset to deal with them— the response: “Product recycling comes every day— I learned something new today too!”—almost like she was in shock. I told her, “it seems as though that this is a direct reflection of your defective products that are being mass produced these days and makes complete sense in terms of my situation.” In conclusion, all of this was a complete fools errand and I wish I had the cord back to try it at another location, perhaps with someone having an actual pulse.

This review is not for the staff, but for apple itself. My watch and my father's stopped working after 2 years. No crash, no damange. Just pieces stopped working. Repairing them was almost as expensive as buying a new one. So nothing useful with that. Then the camera on my iPhone 14 stopped working as well. Again, no damage, no crash. Just randomly stopped working after 2 years.Repair was 240usd. Same happened with the keyboard on my MacBook Pro.
I've been using apple for 20 years. I already left the brand regarding watches, and laptops. I bought other brands. We'll see how long I still use the phone.
Staff in the store were really kind, but still the response was insufficient for a 400usd watch, a 1,5k phone and a 2,5k laptop.

You cannot book an appointment to buy a mac and an iPhone there and get some information. Only if you are interested in Apple Vision Demo you can book an appointment. That is absolutely great. Glad they do not offer Apple frying pans. When I called they said they can answer the questions I have over the phone or check the products out online. They are obviously not interested in customer contacts. What a business manner. Think I should stop buying Apple Products.

I don’t feel bad now. So many bad reviews for this location. I can confirm this location is bad. I was lied right to my face. No question straight out lied to. I am not going to go into details the reviews speak for themselves. Shop online or go to another location.
