My favorite B of A because of a professional teller named Yonnie. I am new here and she made me feel as though we had been friends for 20 years. Very happy environment here.

I’ve been banking with Bank of America for 30 years, and Brenda gave me the best service I’ve ever experienced. She was phenomenal—thoughtful, proactive, and went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Brenda absolutely deserves a raise!
