Every time I am there, Maria, ALWAYS helps my grandmothers out. “The only drawback it has is the schedule, the people who work During the weekdays, we cannot do any transactions directly at the bank because it closes very early, there is no time to arrive at 5, it does not work on weekends either, it is very complicated. The ideal would be to at least provide service on Saturdays even if it is until 12 or 1 in the afternoon to be able to solve some problems. You cannot make any transactions on weekends either and sometimes that is necessary. Please keep this in mind, it is a good bank ?”

“I joined LMCU in 2021 when I refinanced my home with them. I opened a checking and savings account at that time. Whenever I come in to this branch they always make me feel like a friend. The Branch Manager is Lisbel Lora and she always makes herself available if I need to discuss a loan. Kim Shows the Head Teller is always so friendly and helps me immensely - if she sees that I'm in a hurry to get back to work she will complete my transaction and email me the receipt. Kim is the nicest teller I have ever worked with. I, also have to thank Catherine Kimpland a Member Service Rep who always is available to help me with great service. My New Years resolution is to move all my banking to LMCU because of this outstanding service of this branch.
