“I I’m extremely happy with this business. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to get my work completed, even after their regular business hours had ended. That’s not something I’m used to experiencing, and I truly appreciate specially to Mrs Inelda Jean for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend them!”

“I don’t normally post reviews but I will for Greg, he did more for me in one day than my previous bank did in 20 years. He took the time to explore all possible avenues to help me out financially, I came in for a personal loan to cancel out my credit cards and walked out with a lot more. Suncoast is now my primary banking institution, I literally took all of his advice, thank you sir.”

“Have been a customer if this bank for a number of years. Always a good experience. They have outstanding rates on some of their banking products without extra fees and minimums. They have helped me several times with notary issues as well as some that require rather special certifications that other banks couldn't help with.( One major bank I deal with doesn't even have a notary on staff! I was amazed). Everbank personnel are always helpful. I have dealt with Christine B who has been a tremendous help getting financial accounts in order after my .husband passed”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Wells Fargo branch today. I stopped in just before lunch to open an additional business banking account. Since all of the business bankers were already assisting other customers, I asked if someone could simply help me apply online, as I already have an existing business account. Elon immediately stepped in and took the time to guide me through the entire process. I truly appreciated his willingness to help, especially since it was likely during his lunch break. His professionalism, initiative and commitment to providing excellent customer service saved me a significant amount of time during a very busy day. It’s employees like Elon who create a positive banking experience and build customer loyalty. I sincerely appreciate his assistance and will continue returning to this branch because of the outstanding service I received. - Billie Jo”

“So this bank is more of a private bank situation, as you going in for a loan or personal matters. It does not have a teller so you’re just not going to go in and get cash out of your account, or cash a check quickly,,without making an appointment first.”

The hours are great (until 6pm Fri, open Sat 9-1), but I wanted to post this because I know there are a few of us Jovia Financial CU customers in Naples looking for a shared credit untion - this is your only shared service center in Naples! And everyone in the bank is so, so nice.”
