Me and my family have been with this branch for years and have never been disappointed. Excellent and friendly staff as well as service. Linda with BofA is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help answer questions and to deposit checks, I always look forward to working with her as does the rest of my family. Omar Alcazar with Merril is also amazing he aided me in opening my first investment account and IRA. He is extremely intelligent and transparent in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend either Linda or Omar to friends and family they and their work are always exceptional, kind, and trustworthy. Thank you both for all of your help!

Been to this branch and the one on Golden Gate Blvd, as a result of my bad experience at the Pine Ridge location.The business manager was knowledgeable, but they omit information, by not sharing with you how long your checks might be held, opting for a sad reply that that's up to their "Back Office."Be that as it may, they should still tell you up front?!They don't. They take the line of least resistance and keep their mouths shut.The worst customer service experience. I've worked customer service my entire career of 33+ years. I know what I'm talking about I was treate with contempt. So, I took my business elsewhere!All banks may operate similarly, but Raul Medina from Regions in Ft Myers, stated the facts as facts, buy at least I was properly informed and treated with respect.

Very rude and doesn’t care about customer requirements. Just asked for 1 document notary, says too busy to have anyone look at it when there are only 1 person sitting in the lobby.

This review is written solely on what I witnessed at this Bank of America, not for the service that I received personally with my Business Relations representative Bernadette, which was great. PEYTON- the assistant manager at the branch completely belittled an older gentlemen who came in looking for assistance with his mobile banking. She gave him the biggest condescending attitude I have ever witnessed in customer service. The man was in his late 70s, it is obvious that he may not have the most updated skills when it comes to mobile features and apps. I felt terrible for the man after the way she spoke to him. I'm sure his issues were resolved, but a little kindness goes a long way. If Peyton wants to continue in this industry, I would consider signing her up for Customer Service classes where she can definitely learn a thing about respect, common courtesy and how to keep her tone down. If this is the banking customer service that Bank of America is providing, then I will consider finding a bank with a little more compassion, especially towards the elderly! I did mention my concerns to her and she completely brushed them off. I will also be reporting her directly with her superiors.

I’ve had a great customer service experience at this branch. I worked with Eric Johnson, small business consultant. He was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and efficient. He’s an asset to BOA.

I went to open my first bank account with bank of america and i have to thank Maria Briceno for her assistance, she made the process easy and quick, she was super kind, always smiling and answered all my questions, definitely i would recommend this bank and her as a banker.

Watch out for Bank of America, I opened several accounts back in December and January. I made check deposits and they would put holds on the money. This last time a wanted to transfer money from my account in a bank MA. I wrote the check out to me and deposited it into my BOA account ($55K) on 5/5 they told me they were going to put a hold on $5K until 5/9 and until 5/12 on the rest. The next morning 5/6 I got an email saying they were going to hold the monies until 5/16!!!! The money was taken out of my account in MA on 5/8!!!! Outrageous!!! Went to the branch got no satisfaction!!! They called and requested an early release for today the 12th. It did NOT happen.Going to look into a different bank only problem is i need a bank that is here in FL and MA.Kwelch

One teller for a busy branch, a lot bankers and managers standing not helping Linda,Linda always by her self doing a great job.Don’t understand why bankers or manager can not help the teller.All is about customer service, don’t see any sense of urgency from the managers.

Terrible service. Lots of people in cubes with no attention paid to the customer. They don't wait on you in the order you came in. The guy at the front is rude. Take your business elsewhere. Terrible place. Not at all like BOFA NYC
