“I joined LMCU in 2021 when I refinanced my home with them. I opened a checking and savings account at that time. Whenever I come in to this branch they always make me feel like a friend. The Branch Manager is Lisbel Lora and she always makes herself available if I need to discuss a loan. Kim Shows the Head Teller is always so friendly and helps me immensely - if she sees that I'm in a hurry to get back to work she will complete my transaction and email me the receipt. Kim is the nicest teller I have ever worked with. I, also have to thank Catherine Kimpland a Member Service Rep who always is available to help me with great service. My New Years resolution is to move all my banking to LMCU because of this outstanding service of this branch. It is my pleasure to share this with everyone because they always go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank everyone at this LMCU Branch on Vanderbilt Drive in Naples”
“I visited the North Naples branch a little after 11 AM to close my business account. There were a couple of people ahead of me, and Lisa Carter, the branch manager, was managing the lobby. From the moment I walked in, Lisa greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could assist. She clearly communicated the expected wait time, as there were only two employees available, which I appreciated.
About 15 minutes later, Lisa personally called me over and efficiently helped me close the account. I was truly impressed that the branch manager herself was up front, welcoming everyone, setting expectations, and asking the right questions to ensure members were directed appropriately.
Her professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Kudos to Lisa and the North Naples team for their exceptional service.”
