It's an average, decent place. Sometimes the prices are high for the type of hotel it is. BE CAREFUL with “deposits” when checking out ask for your invoice, I have stayed at this hotel several times and like no other hotel their “deposits” take up to 30 to be returned.

Nice, quiet hotel. Not far from the highway and from the beach. Breakfast included, free shuttle to the beach. The hotel is old, but it is worth the money.

Very disappointed, after traveling 2 hours with my family to get to Best Western Naples and having a reservation 2 weeks in advance was not what I expected, you reserve one thing and when you arrive they don't have what was reserved. My reservation was one of the large rooms with kitchen included and when I arrived they were out of stock. For the same reservation they wanted to give me a small room without a kitchen. Very disappointed in the sales system and the organization for reservations.

I stayed 8 days and I had to ask them to change the sheets and clean the room, they only changed the bed and didn't even give a vacuum. I've been here more than 50 times and I've never seen it as bad as it is now. They gave a grade of 7 The day there was black algae in the pools, they closed them and they were like that from the first day, the jacuzzis don't heat up, the fish rivers can't be seen because of how dirty they are...,,, and I have a lot of bites
We were not able to use the pools all week, the only positive thing was the attention of the girls at breakfast which should vary and alternate because for a whole week one gets bored every day the same thing
Noteworthy details: Exterior areas very neglected

The worst experience. We went on a family trip with a lot of friends and families and my cousins wallet went missing with an AirTag. The wallet was found later in the hotel trash in the back of the building. It was clear that some inside personal of the hotel was responsable and at the moment nobody respond us. This was a couple of weeks ago !! Never again here, never again a Best Western Hotel… the worst attention.

My job requires me to spend a lot of time in hotels. And here I had the worst experience of my life in a hotel. I went to BW Naples to celebrate my birthday with 14 families and my wallet with valuable items was stolen by the cleaning staff. With the assistance of the police and an AirTag, I found it in the hotel trash, but it was empty. Everything had been stolen: cash, ID, cards, etc. I received no assistance or compensation for what was stolen by the hotel staff, neither from the hotel nor the chain. Everyone blamed someone else, claiming they were different companies. I strongly advise everyone not to go to this hotel. They couldn't care less about their customers' experience.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel recently. Unfortunately, one of the cleaning staff stole our wallet, but thanks to an AirTag, we were able to locate it in a dumpster on the hotel. However, the manager has yet to respond to us, let alone offer an apology.

Large hotel with many rooms and several swimming pools, jacuzzis. Very fair price but needs a little refreshment! Friendly staff. Large free parking lot.

Hello, we were there 15 days ago and they gave us the room with used sheets. There were fleas or lice that bit us. The only good thing was the attention of the breakfast girls, who didn't know how to hide the disaster that the hotel is. Unsafe.Face to the street.It has no lobby and in very bad taste.A disappointment.

Local is everything and this hotel has 5 stars for it. However, the rooms are a bit outdated. The bath room/powder room area had cracks on the tile, mold on the ceiling tiles and stains in the shower. When we arrived the ac ran out of batteries so it was hot. This is why the room got a 3 star. The service was good. The cleaning lady and her supervisor were so sweet. They were really quick to come to the room when we called to complain about the ac. The reception however, is the reason they did not get a 5 star review for service. The ladies at the front were great but there was this older gentleman who honestly, shouldn't be working customer service. Maybe he was having a bad day? No se but he was very dry and not friendly.
Over all, I probably wouldn't stay there again but I would recommend it for a one night stay. I gave it 3 because I couldn't give it a 3.5.
