This Hotel is a big disappointment.Most expensive night of our road trip, but apart from the rather charming swimming pool area, the equipment in our room was not up to the price.No hot water for showering!No hairdryer!Lack of storage for a bedroom with two double beds.Breakfast outside ok but it was cold.

this hotel is to be avoided. they make sll kinds of special deals and then bill you for exaggerated amounts. Then they refuse to correct their mischief. they are cutting back on services.... so its no pleasure to stay in a failing hotel.

First, we arrive around 5pm and were told our room wasn’t ready (cleaned). Rooms are supposed to be ready at 3pm. They said two cleaners walked today. She told my boyfriend our room would be ready in 15 minutes. I am a professional cleaner and didn’t think 15 min would equal a good clean. Sure enough, we get to our room and there’s two little hairs on the sink and one on the bathtub. Much to everyone’s horror, five minutes after we are inside our room, someone opens our door from outside!!! I went out to see was this a housekeeper or what? I spoke with the lady who came in our room, she was another customer and they gave her a key for our room!!! Not sure how in the world the office messed up so badly there. No one apologized to us for this. The bathroom mirrors have black along the edges, looks to be from being old but I’m not sure. Tiles and bathtub cleaned but still dingy and tiles coming off where the shower curtain rod is. We went out for dinner, came back and our key wasn’t working. Had to go back to desk to get it fixed. We paid for two queen beds, we got two double beds. Terrible sleep as their doubles barely fit two adults. My boyfriend dealt with the staff, he’s way nicer than me. He said staff here were friendly. I understand crap happens but I feel like this hotel needs to do better. I would never come back or recommend this place.

This is the worst experience ever when it comes to hotels. I don't understand how this location has any kind of good reviews. First of all, the moment you walk in it smells a mixture of mold and old age. For the price they want to charge here (which is not cheap, equal to most hotels here in Naples so you aren't saving money) they should at least invest in the upkeep of their rooms. I'm attaching pictures. Tye whole room is musty and severely outdated. The grounds are so horrible and not kept up at all. So frustrating and disappointing. The amount of problems and th3 cleanliness needed is horrifying. Missing or damaged doors. Missing room tiles. Mold and water damage everywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay pretty much ANYWHERE else. Hell, I would have been more comfortable in our rental car!

Safety: This hotel, which is really a motel, has very little security and is located in a sketchy area. I would not recommend this to anyone. For your own safety don't book with them.

Unfortunately rooms are old. Everything stinks in the rooms, like old things. Very old, dirty carpet. Everything is outdated. They are working on room updates, but won't be done until next year 2024.We won't stay here again, not until they upgrade the rooms.Housekeeping and other services were above acceptable, very happy.

I’ve stayed here 7+ times but was recently disappointed. Cold night and they ran out of blankets so I had to use towels to cover myself because I was cold. Also found a roach or beetle (not sure which one can’t tell the difference) in the bathroom but it’s Florida so I really don’t blame them for that. The covers are not thick enough yet they have a limited supply for the guests. Seems cheap to me. We tried turning on the heating but it was extremely dusty and the whole room began to smell. First bad experience unfortunately. The lady at the front desk was very kind however. One of the hot tubs was scorching hot and the other one was cold. The breakfast here is always good though and the location is great.

Thinking of Staying in a Best Western Hotel in the USA? THINK AGAIN!My wife and I holidayed in Florida during July 2023, and pre booked stays in various hotels, as we have done annually for more than 20 years. We stayed at the Best Western Inn & Suites, Naples (3 nights) and Best Western Plus, Siesta Key (6 nights) having stayed in both hotels a number of times in recent years.After leaving the Naples hotel, I checked my bank account and was shocked to discover the hotel had fraudulently taken an amount of USD 519 (GBP 412) without my knowledge or consent. I contacted the hotel who were unable to help and suggested I call Best Western’s head office in Phoenix, Arizona which I did but after an hour waiting I was informed they had no record of the transaction.We then returned to Best Western, Siesta Key for our final stay in Florida before returning to the UK on 11 July when I discovered that hotel had also fraudulently taken USD 236 (GBP 188) from my account, again without my permission. I e-mailed the hotel asking for an explanation but my request was ignored.After returning home, I called Chase UK, my bank who were aware of this kind of ‘pre-authorisation’ transaction and told me I could expect the funds taken would be refunded (no guarantee offered) to my account a month or so later. As predicted, 4 weeks later a refund was credited to my account. Sinisterly, the receipts I received from both hotels on check out did not show any record of those illegal transactions. Another sinister aspect of those transactions (both debit and credit) was all trace of them disappeared from my bank account thus removing all evidence. Fortunately, before they were deleted, I took a screenshot of the transactions.Lesson learned? I will not stay at Best Western again.

Housekeeping is hit and miss - more miss. Took money from credit card without authorisation. High end charge not worth it. Swimming not heated this time. Annoying.

You can keep your hoity toity elitist hotels... this is one of the best.... best Western hotels at which I have stayed.... I travel for business all over the US and stay at some of the top hotels... waldorfs...hiltons.... Marriott. This place was awesome... huge rooms... friendly staff and great location.... good job guys

We had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. We came an hour early and we were rudely told by the front desk employee that our room was not ready because she “hasn’t received the list of available rooms yet”. Mind you it was already 2 PM and check in was at 3. When we got our room, we discovered it was not available and was currently going under maintenance so this was yet another inconvenience we had to go through and figure out. In addition, the shower did not have cold water and only put out scorching hot water and not to mention the flies that swarmed the food during breakfast. Overall, our experience was less than desirable and we will not be staying here ever again.

We really loved this hotel very charming.We were not bothered by the renovation, we enjoyed our nice old fashioned suite front of the swimming pool. We loved the nice plants and garden. We had a very nice time with our 5 years little boyThe staff was not very friendly but it's OK.
