Chase Bank provides checking and savings accounts with helpful mobile banking. The branch manager is amazing, helpful, and always goes the extra mile, caring about customers. The bank tellers are super friendly, described as a dream team. One customer had the best experience opening a checking account with a representative who was sweet and went through every detail. The wait time was short and the atmosphere was very relaxing, making customers feel at home. This creates a loyal customer and an amazing experience.
I do want to point out how impressed I am with Tom at this branch on Inmokalee Rd. I never, since I arrived to this country, goe treated with so much care, dedication and professionalism even personally or by phone. I seriously think banks in the US need more people like Tom. Thank you so much!
