2nd attempt to open an account here and both times was a disappointment. First time I came in with sufficient time and I was told that because of the wait time on all the people remaining I couldn’t. 2nd time same answer. Maybe they should hire more than 3 people per shift. Under staffed and lack of management.

It's a terrible thing to open a checking account. The truth is I don't understand their policies. I have a Florida license and everything and a thousand buts to open the account. In the end, because of the work permit, they didn't open it because you have to have it physically. Please, it's an account. current and that I called before going to go at lunch time thanks

Absolutely atrocious. Will never return to this branch - the rudest attitudes. Only had one banker in on a Friday when they are closed the whole weekend. Asked us to come back next week when I’m in town only today and need to do something with my mother in town and she and I do not live in the same location. What we had to do was because of a death in the family. Completely inconsiderate people here - will definitely be calling corporate about this location. Disgusting.

I should have listened to the reviews and not requested a service from that agency. They scheduled an appointment for me at 4 in the afternoon to open a business account and the Lady simply looked for any excuse not to do it because the bank was not going to pay her overtime and she had to leave at 5. Words spoken by her. If I could NOT give it one star I would. BECAUSE HE DOESN'T DESERVE EVEN ONE.

Had the best experience opening a checking account! Martha was so sweet! She went through every single little detail to make sure I understand what I sign. Wait time was no longer than 3 minutes after my appointment time. Atmosphere was very relaxing and I felt like home! Thank you!

Rudest banker ever. I have 2 credit card accounts and took my teenage daughter to open a savings/checking account. They told us we couldn’t do so without 2 forms of ID for her. We went back home and got a second form. Then upon our return we were told she couldn’t open an account if I didn’t have a checking account. I would have considered opening a checking account had it been offered to me but the banker couldn’t be bothered because she didn’t perceive us as worth her time.

Worst experience at a chase. Private client member trying to deposit a check, no pens available in vestibule. I ask the two females in the back if they can provide a pen. They just keep saying "Huh, closed, sorry closed", as I ask for a pen. I put the check back in my car, go back to use the atm, and they are now in the front near the atm. They stare at me, then they remove the pen off of the holder, from a spot 10 feet from me, stare at me, and turn back around and ignore me. Fun.

This is the only bank I've ever been in that will not allow customers to use the restroom. Absolutely ridiculous. It's enough to make me want to change banks now.

Had a check they put on hold for no reason never had this happen to me. Also, never notified me that it was on hold so my account got overdrafted. Told me to call customer service and was on hold for 2 hours so I came inside this bank and they were of no help. I asked to get my check back so I could cash it somewhere else they refused. I asked to close my account they refused.
