Room 242 A/C was a bit loud. Other than that, all was fine.

No elevator, stairs only. Very nice hotel with a nice view. At the end of the street so not much traffic, mostly quiet except for planes overhead sometimes.

Took one star because we had to climb one set of stairs since the elevator was out. Peaceful location with nice view within 15 walk of the beach and downtown. Excellent hygiene and presentation.
