Inn on Fifth is a boutique hotel in a perfect, central Naples location, close to the beautiful beach, shopping, and great restaurants. The pool and hot tub are great and well-maintained, though the pool area can get fairly crowded with shade at a premium. The gym is nice and sparsely used. Guest experiences with staff vary; many find them friendly, helpful, and wonderful, going above and beyond to accommodate guests, while some feel service is average and that the front desk is not always listening. Rooms are well-appointed but can feel sterile rather than inviting, with firm beds and some inconvenient features. The on-site restaurant, Ocean Prime, receives praise for amazing food and on-point service. Overall, it is considered a very good stay with a great location, though some note it feels more like an aged Marriott experience than a five-star boutique hotel.

Excellent location right in the heart of Naples, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel feels classic and well cared for, with comfortable rooms and attentive service. It’s a great balance between elegance and comfort.
