This pharmacy is a disaster. They are disorganized and unstructured. The pharmacists are and rude. For your own sake, don't use this pharmacy. It isn't worth the risk.

On 1/21/24, I made 2 trips in the morning to pick up a prescription. Pharmacy was locked. Numerous customers were going up front to ask about the pharmacy, they had no information other than the pharmacist has not called or shown up. Techs were there but couldn't help customers.Will be going elsewhere in the future.

CVS store with a big selection of items, some of which I haven't seen in other stores. Awesome after Christmas items.Was a little rushed at closing, which caused a small issue (3☆ / 3.5 ☆).However, other Staff were nice enough to resolve it, which I really appreciate (5☆).

Was on the phone 25 minutes to talk to pharmacy. Finally hung up. Will have to go in person. They also had said my prescription would be ready in 2 days. Then they said in the evening of the second day. The next day they said not for another 2 weeks!!

Dana in the pharmacy is awesome, thorough and pleasant, was a big help figuring out insurance too.

Poor service when trying to get passport photos. The attendant literally told me he doesn't have time for it even though I was the only customer getting photos. No one was in line to pay, nothing. Maybe he was having a bad day, which is fine, but when I checked out with a manager and told her what transpired and how customer service should be better, especially when every experience counts, she just shrugged her shoulders. So, yea, me who has photos of myself, my family, and my kids that I haven't printed out and need to, won't be doing it at CVS. That's for sure.

This pharmacy located at 6800 Collier Blvd, Naples Florida is beyond poor. They misinformed me and told me they are not a Medicare assignment pharmacy. This morning Medicare said they are listed as a Medicare assignment pharmacy. As I write I am sitting in the pharmacy area. They now tell me they cannot submit to Medicare because prescription was filled in June and is no longer in their system! I am still trying to resolve this. I paid out of pocket $480.98. Meanwhile I have Medicare parts A&B including prescription coverage thru Silver scripts and The Empire plan. I HAVE FULL COVERAGE yet I'm out $480.98 cents because I was misinformed by staff here who are present today. Beware of any advice given. If I could post ZERO I WOULD!

The lines are long. The pharmacy is the worst. You ALWAYS have to wait at least 20min to pick up your prescription. The store is dingy and dirty and the outside is completely filthy!

I have used this CVS Pharmacy for several years now, but after today no more. I waited in the drive thru for an hour trying to pick up a much needed RX. I couldn't get out of the line because of the car placement in front and behind me. When 3 cars ahead finally got near to the window we learn the window is CLOSED! Not because it their time to close, but because they're short staffed. They could had a little courtesy by letting us sitting in the line that they'd be closing at a certain time so we could leave instead of continuing to wait. I'll be taking my RX needs elsewhere.

If i could give them 0 stars, i would. Pharmacists have not idea of what customer service is, including the manger of their pharmacy. They had 3 people behind the counter and Deliberately ignored the line of people waiting to pick up prescriptions. For the request to help us, they reply with the following: "You need to relax and calm down". Unbelievable!! This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been.They should be ashamed of their behavior.Instead they seemed to enjoy our position of being dependent on them.

There's always problems with this CVS. I switched my pharmacy over to Walmart a long time ago because of this and haven't had any problems, but today I was picking up for someone else. I spent 20 minutes in the drive through line, just to find out the meds were on hold and I needed to come in and talk to the drop off counter to find out why. I spend another 10 minutes in that line to find out, it was on hold because they had this person's name listed twice in the system under two different addresses, the old address was from 20 years ago. This problem was supposed to have been fixed two years ago. That's what they said at that time, but apparently not. So they"fixed" it today... Who knows if they actually did. The guy said it would be ready in 5 minutes, so I waited on the pickup line for another 20+ minutes.The only reason the lines are even long is because every other person here was having the same sorts of problems, having to come back multiple times in multiple days to resolve issues that shouldn't be there to begin with. They were all saying they were having these problems too.This place is a joke.

The pharmacy is very understaffed which causes prescriptions delayed for several days and the wait time in line is long. I have waited up to 15-20 minutes to pick up my prescription. They do not answer the phone if you need to speak with the pharmacist. They should have someone in charge of organizing the filled prescriptions so the employees can find them. Very disorganized operation.

Without question the worst Pharmacy in Naples if not the nation. On hold over 10 minutes to speak to someone and nobody answered. When you go to pickup an Rx they coul have 5 people working behind the pharmacy counter and nobody comes up to help the 1 person handling a line of customers.
