“As a longtime repeat customer, we made a purchase in 12/25 that we could NOT find the right wall space for in our home. We returned to Naples this weekend and co-owners Evan & Paige were gracious enough to allow an Exchange of this 12/25 purchase for a Beautiful Branch Coral (for the price difference of $47.70). We appreciate their Excellent Service and will continue to shop at their Beautiful Naples store! They always have a unique and varied offering of beautiful “treasures of the sea” for our home. Thanks Evan & Paige!!😎”

“I wish I could give Adam a 10-star rating! It is so rare these days to receive such exceptional customer service, but he and his staff do just that. Not only does he remember me by name and call me when an item I have been looking for arrives in the store, he also creates a very welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience overall. The culture of any organization starts at the top, and Adam has created an environment where I feel valued and appreciated and would rather drive 30 minutes to the store to purchase something, when it would be much more convenient to order it online. Thank you, Adam, for bringing back the golden age of customer service!”

“ALWAYS the hook-up! Cards get tossed in the trash or a drawer. Flowers dry, and sometimes get pressed in between filthy magazines for a future memory. When this arrives, it's a frenzy of joy. The heartbeat increases as the awaiting start a boundaryless border, posturing for their turn to seize succulent slices of pineapple covered in a decadent, crisp-biting chocolate.”
