$40 for an item that sells for $20 in the same condition on eBay. Today was the first time the store was empty and I see now why…

Very disappointing. I always shop at different locations at least once a week. A few days ago I went to this location and bought a few items. Right after paying, I realized that they charged me $20 for a small ornament. It wasn’t even new, and it had a little piece missing. I asked why they charged me so much. I was sure it was a mistake. Nevertheless, they told me that I couldn’t return it because all sales are final. I asked why this ornament was so expensive. It didn’t even have a store price tag! Their explanation was, “well, that’s the price” They refused to take it back. The manager told me that the best she could do was to let me exchange it for something else, so I ended up doing that, even though I wasn’t planning on getting anything else that day.
I’m not going back!

This used to be a great location, howeve Something has definitely changed. I was in there today and their prices have gone sky high. There was a table in there that was 699 that they just put a new 24.99 price tag over it
They had several racks of new merchandise waiting to go on the shelf. One of the containers was full of broken glass in which I cut my hand on while looking through the container. I don’t understand why he would throw glass and bins, then push it out on the floor for people to go through. Seems kind of stupid to me.
There was a better homes and garden bookcase that came in two boxes. They sold them separately and some customer had the unfortunate look of buying only half of the bookcase! They purchased box one of two! Two of two was still on the floor in a completely different area of the store!
They also had the unfortunate luck of not being able to return it because all sales are final!
The other half was sitting on the floor for $99 so they could’ve paid $200 for a bookcase. That’s now at Walmart for 138.! I believe they chose to cut their loss
This used to be my favorite store. The greed has gotten out of hand.
Many items are cheap cheaper new
I was in the store two weeks ago and it was not like this. I don’t understand what Happened.
I live in adjacent community And The Recent increase in prices and decline in customer service has definitely been a subject of our community

Good stuff good goodwill. EXCEPT they have ONLY one person running the register. There are 50 people in line and two employees that have stood there talking for over 20 min. We asked 2 workers to plz help on the register and they would not. Come on people. Get more people able to use the registers!!!!

Something was labeled .99 but when brought to the register they insisted someone changed the price tag and refused to sell to me for the labeled price

Not worth going to since employees set aside items they want to purchase such that they never actually make it onto the sales floor (shopping carts full of stuff). The other goodwill's in town are great (the one on north 41 and east naples 41 being the best IMO), I'd highly recommend checking those out instead.
When I went to check out, there were more than 10 people in line (mid-day on a weekday, not during busy times). There were only 2 cashiers, one of which was working hard, while the other was more interested in looking at paperwork to the point where the line eventually extended into the main store area.

I notice that whenever I find a tea cup or glass at this store with out a price on it the cashier lacy don't always honor the store policy where it says 2 for a dollar if not price.

It is not possible that they close the fitting rooms an hour before the store closes and the manager Jeffsen and an employee Mercedes did not want to show me any paper where it says that rule of closing the fitting room. My daughter only wanted to try on a pair of pants and there was half an hour left before they closed. This makes one as a customer not want to come to this store anymore. Mrs. Mercedes had a bad attitude and she only follows the rules which they never showed me on paper. This is a lack of respect to the people who have been buying in these stores for more than 10 years to help the cause for which they do it.

A small selection of shirts and pretty much everything else. Store is nice and tidy though but overall I struggle to find drip at this location in specific.
