They could answer the phone that would be a start. Ive been on hold for 25 minutes....still nobody has picked up.

Was going to have them carpet a bedroom. Quote came back WAY high claiming sq ft more than 50 more than what should be. Total sf is approximately 180 and they wanted to charge me for almost 240sf! What a total waste of the $35 charge to come out and measure! Don't bother wasting your money. They are a rip off!
