“Walked in today for the first time to the counter area. Each customer that walked in knew the wise man behind the counter. They all joked like friends. Think it was pretty easy to tell that my knowledge of plumbing was minimal. The guy walked me to the aisle, gave me the adapter thingy I needed, and just shook my hand and wished me well. I almost can't wait for something more serious to break in my house so I need to go back.”

His was not the closest to my home but well worth the comfort of knowing the person on the other side of the desk knows what they are talking about. So 2 days later I had my new Dyson, delivered and assembled to my front door with inperson instructions!”

Michelle LaCroix is one of the consultants and she came highly recommended. Michelle was fabulous! Michelle is very knowledgeable, thorough and she asks questions that help a person make decisions rather than trying to sell a person. Michelle is very personable and easy to talk to. Ferguson is lucky to have someone like Michelle working there.”

“I purchased a Janome machine here 4 years ago and love it. Today my machine malfunctioned (My fault as I used the wrong bobbin), so I brought it in for help. John patiently worked for almost an hour and a half trying not to damage the shirt that was jammed in the machine. He succeeded and wouldn't even accept the cash tip I offered! He even carried my machine to my car. Fabulous service!”
