“So grateful that the first vac store I went to today went out of business because I would have not have stopped here and gotten the vacuum that I really wanted! I knew going out today that I wanted to buy a Miele and after some research I settled on either the Classic C1 Cat & Dog and the Complete C3 Marin. Although I really wanted the Marin, I accepted that I'd likely get the Cat & Dog because of the price difference. The Cat & Dog retails at $829 and the Marin at $1369. I drove to the first store closest to my morning errands only to find it empty. Tops was on my way home so I made that my next destination. When I walked in and told Alexis that I was interested in the Cat & Dog, she told me immediately that it was that same as the C1 Pure Suction but with an added attachment. She had three dogs herself and told me that she didn't think I'd find it satisfactory. When I asked her what she'd recommend, she went straight to the Complete C3 and told me that - since the C1 I originally wanted to see sells for $829 - she'd sell me the C3 at $900 ($400 less than what I would pay to buy it direct from Miele or online from Williams Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, etc.). The vacuum I really wanted for just over the price of the one I was willing to settle for. It was an easy decision, hands down. And to make things even better, Alexis was so sweet to my adult autistic son who accompanied me on my shopping trip. She asked him questions and was really friendly to him in a way that really felt genuine. She put my vacuum together for me, showed me the features, asked me if I wanted extra bags, and then carried it to my car. Highly recommend!”

Michelle LaCroix is one of the consultants and she came highly recommended. Michelle was fabulous! Michelle is very knowledgeable, thorough and she asks questions that help a person make decisions rather than trying to sell a person. Michelle is very personable and easy to talk to. Ferguson is lucky to have someone like Michelle working there.”
