I was able to work with AJ Jones who helped me establish a new trust for my account. The required paperwork was extensive but she patiently walked me through the process and provided important explanations. She happily provided complete copies of all of my revised documents. She even created a separate packet for future use of trust related information that would likely be required by other financial institutions. Her effort was above and beyond my expectations and greatly appreciated . During this process, I interacted with a couple other staff members who were also very responsive and helpful.
