Great help and customer service here. Ben was super helpful even though I came in 10 minutes before closing even offered to have my feet scanned what a cool feature to offer to customers. I would recommend this place to everyone that’s looking for a nice pair of shoes and great customer service.

As soon as I walked into New Balance, I was warmly welcomed by the employees —it made the whole experience feel personal right from the start. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Cindy, who was absolutely wonderful. She took her time to understand my needs, carefully measured my feet, and guided me to the perfect pair of shoes that fit both my feet and my walking preferences. Her patience and genuine care made all the difference. I left feeling confident and comfortable with my new shoes. Highly recommend visiting this store and its amazing employees!
