Contacted Pak Mail due to needing a wheelchair I had purchased shipped to a family member in another state ASAP. Spoke to Charles & he was on it from the jump. Got the chair shipped out & it actually got to it's destination 2 days early. Thanks Charles.

I had an issue with FedEx not scanning in two important packages and they were kind enough to look everything up for me and try to help. I plan on shipping packages from here in the future.
