“Though it has been some time since my last visit back in July, the wonderful experience I had at this store still stands out. The entire establishment was absolutely amazing, featuring an impressive selection where everything was incredibly cheap and affordable. Finding such high quality at such budget-friendly prices is rare, and it made for a truly fantastic shopping experience. I highly recommend checking them out!”

“My daughter, son-in-law, twin grandbabies and I came to Naples to visit my parents who live here. We always go on a shopping spree at Dillard's when we visit. It was my son-in-law's turn to be spoiled. So we headed directly to the men's department where we encountered our incredible salesman, Chris Thompson. His energy was spot on. There were five of us heading every which way. He kept up with all of us all while finding us everything we needed. By the time we wrapped up the sale, we felt like Chris was an instant part of our family! He was funny, kind, and efficient. What more could you ask for, Dillard's? You are lucky to have him and we grateful to have met him. Thank you, Chris. We appreciate you!”

“Service far beyond expectations. When my pet food order was not delivered as expected, I made a phone call to get an update to my order. Based on past experience with many companies, my expectations were very low. At best I normally get a “sincere “ apology with zero results. To the contrary, I received an apology and a personal delivery by the store manager, Chip, at 9pm! Well beyond his duties. I am truly grateful as I was now out of pet food and since I worked the entire next day, I was unable to get food to my dog for another 24 hours. This level of service is never expected, but when received makes a lasting impression. Thank you, Chip.”

“Great customer service here!! I went to this location about a week ago.
I recently moved here and was buying furniture for my home. I found a cabinet that I wanted and this young man helped me bring the cabinet to the front of the store and even loaded it into my car for me. He was extremely polite and helpful. His name was Christian, he also helped me move my other items into my car for me. Corina at the register was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend going here. I know I will be back! ❤”

“I haven't experienced any service at home goods besides the cashiers, they check out my items just fine. The selection at this home goods is always great. I always want to leave with the entire store. The value is as expected. Some things are priced higher than usual due to inflation. They have great selections based off whatever holiday is happening. I got great things for Halloween and Christmas.”

“I like Bealls,anyway. Getting Florida clothes at a discount makes it even better . At the corner of 41and shadowlan tucked in a little mall the outlet has a lot of merchandise. Imagine a regular Bealls just a lot smaller. Some deep discounts but mostly about 20% off. I've bought a couple of shirts and some shorts while I've been in Florida.”
“The digital coupons are great, always saves me a lot of money the prices are also very good compared to other stores, not to mention that staff members were nice and polite.i had just left another store because of a rude employee and shopping here turned my mood around,not to mention I got the same product that the other store had and it was $2.49 cheaper at family dollar!”
“Needed to pick up some jam for my mother before going home. The closest spot I could think of to get the jam was Walmart. This Walmart in particular is very large and is very well organized. You cannot say that about too many other Walmarts. Haha. They still have tons of Christmas candy and gift sets so if you are still looking for the perfect gift for someone run don't walk to Walmart!”

“Recently visited this HomeSense store and had such a pleasant experience. Want to shout out Gabi and Anna for their help and not only navigating the store, but also in getting our furniture out and into the car. The the store itself as well appointed, and there were a variety of finds that we were happy with.”
“We visited later at night and there was some expected stocking going on. The store was nice and clean and the employees were very friendly. The only issue was even being able to find it. It was dark and there were NO lighted signs at all. If it weren’t for Google Maps we wouldn’t even have known it was there.”
