Not reliable service, unresponsive to my needs and terrible technical support. After waiting two days for a technician he was here five minutes and said he fixed the problem. Sorry no way - we were down the next day and now have to wait another two days. If we had a choice I would never do business with Summit again.

These people are idiots. Do not get this service. There is a reason cable is going out of business. They lost my cable box and are trying to charge me. Total losers!

I visited your Summit Broadband customer service office on Collier Blvd in Naples yesterday.I spoke with your Service Representative Peter and received excellent service and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. You have a real asset in your company with Peter and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summit Broadband.

An unethical company. They turn off your service for no reason, and without a notice, claiming that you have a payment due.

Total waste of time an money I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I’ve had 6-8 technicians come an waste our time internet doesn’t work and is actually the reason why we are moving out from a very nice apartment complex

My husband just called Summit customer service line for help since the guide and recorded programs on our TV disappeared. Ebony, Summit's customer service rep, answered his call. Ebony went above and beyond trying many things from her end, and instructing my husband what to try here with the cable box, rotor, Moca, etc. We appreciated Ebony's great phone demeanor, and her determination to try to fix our issue! After all her many attempts from her end, she knew the problem was likely our cable box so she scheduled a technician to come out first thing tomorrow morning, Having been in customer service myself, I recognize outstanding skills in this field. Ebony has these amazing skills, and Summit should be extremely thrilled to have her as their representative!

We just had technician, Milly, here working on our cable problems! We finally got a new box and new remote - thanks to her - and she literally “fixed” our many freezing and pixelation problems! Judy and Paul Brown

I wish I could give them zero stars but one is the lowest I can go. Their service is horrendous. Intermittent internet every day. And on days when it’s actually working, it’s slower than slow. And let’s not forget hardware that breaks every few months. Both internet and tv box. Lastly, their design is antiquated. My internet fiber modem crapped out for the second time in less than 6 months and it takes out TV too!!!!!!! Even Comcast doesn’t do that and they’re terrible!!

John the TV technician who serviced my TV 1/8/24 at 8 am was efficient and friendly and fixed the problem that others couldn’t figure out. I really appreciate his service in Bonita Springs . He deserves commendation

Terrible customer service. Took over 2 hours to contact customer service and fix a bill that was on AutoPay. Summit cannot get a monthly $13.90 bill correct with AutoPay and continues to fail to take the amount out or says there is a zero balance while notifying me of a balance due.
