“This ALDI store is always clean and well stocked. I love the huge variety of fruits and vegetables they have available. I have tried quite a lot of their store brand products and almost everything I've gotten has quality similar to or as good as name brand products. Every time my mom and I shop for groceries we go to ALDI first and then to Winn-Dixie for items not carried at ALDI. I highly recommend shopping at ALDI here in Naples or anywhere else that you might find an ALDI store.”

“There are many Publix stores in Naples, Fl. I have been in at least seven stores but Towne Center is my favorite. It is always clean. The staff is very knowledgable about the products and shares their thoughts. There is a pharmacy in this Publix and the pharmacists (Liv and Pete) are extremely helpful. Susan, the helper is fun and goes all out to help me. If I am worried about my health she always makes sure I leave with a smile. I am very proud to go to this Publix.”
“Usually, go here for lunch. Sometimes, ordering ahead doesn't always go well. I wish they'd move the deli section further out so customers could actually stand in the correct line. But other than that, easy shopping aside from no self checkout.”
“It's Aldi. I personally love it but it's not for everyone. Bring a quarter for your cart, bags and/or boxes for your haul.
Some of the best things they sell: Lunch meats, cheeses, Happy Farms Greek full fat yogurt, cottage cheese, Happy Farms sour cream, Appleton Farms bacon, chocolate, and Clancy's chips. Veggies and fruit ard just ok as are the fresh meats and fish. Frozen products are usually excellent.
Never buy brand names at Aldi. They are rarely cheaper than other stores. The store brands are all very good, sometimes better than national brands.”

“Beautiful beach. Parking is tough. Local visitors center recommended heading off island before 3pm to avoid up to a 90 minute traffic jam trying to get over the bridge. Early, very early seems to be best. We spent a couple of hours, scored a few shells and enjoyed a few gift stores with remarkably good prices!”

“If you’ve ever been to Publix, you know they are hit and miss. They sometimes vary in opulence as well. Well, this specific location may not be the “prettiest”, there are elements which make this public stand out. The one in particular is Dennis. He is amazing incredible human being, and always helpful. Such a friendly face who makes you feel like you belong. Dennis is a gem and an integral part of the community.”

“I'm am here on business for 3 months and visit Publix daily. Bella in management, always has a smile on her face and is very friendly to all customers. She takes the time to address customer concerns. The store is very clean and a sitting area upstairs is very accommodating to customers. Microwave, plastic wear, rest rooms, and internet. Only item I noticed and wish this location had is the full salad bar with hot food daily.”
“This is a great Publix! Friendly staff, great selection, the deli counter is conveniently located at the front right of the store, so easy to pop in and get a fresh made sub. A little bit of a different layout than most stores, but easy to navigate. It's big, and has lots of natural light, which I find delightful when shopping mid morning. The store is always clean and well stocked. Good parking, it obviously can get really busy during peak hours, but that's all stores.”

“I just want to say thank you to the older gentleman on 8/5/24 around 12:00 PM who not only bagged my groceries, but then also went the extra mile to push the cart to my car and put everything in my car for me while I was carrying my toddler. As a very busy Mama, I really appreciated it and felt he should be acknowledged for going the extra mile. He had white hair and a white mustache. I think his name was Peter, but I could be completely wrong. Thank you so much sir!”

“OK so seriously, we all know about the pub sub! There's no way to get around commenting about that first . The thing I like the best when you walk up to the counter is that they will actually listen to how you want your sub assembled . I for one , choose my bread and what meat I'm going to want first, but I always ask them to please put the mayonnaise on the bread first, then the lettuce so it sticks to the mayonnaise and doesn't fall off the sandwich, then I will go in an ad my meat, cheese, and other toppings. They are always more than happy to accommodate so I have to say the service is great . The store is always clean , I really like that they wear gloves when they're making my food, I see them consistently wiping down all surfaces. I can't wait to get out of the store to eat my pub sub ! But as usual , we have other shopping to do so I quickly run through the store and pick up anything else that I'm going to need. To be honest I just wanna rush and eat that damn pub sub. I generally go to the self check out just because it's so quick and easy . There's always an employee standing by in case something doesn't ring up appropriately or you happen to have a bottle of wine .. wink wink wink... And don't forget to hit up their weekly Bogo sale, they restock every Thursday for that sale! Yes I realize I probably should not have told you that , because I don't want there to be less for me to choose from when I go, but to be honest they restock so quickly it's not really a problem.”

I have lived in Naples since 1997, and it is unfortunately very rare to encounter a pharmacist who is not only knowledgeable, but also truly polite, patient, and human. Peter went above and beyond: he took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, accepted my GoodRx without any issue, and made a stressful situation feel calm and manageable.
His warm attitude, respect, and professionalism made a real difference, especially when dealing with a migraine. Interactions like this restore faith in customer service and healthcare.
Publix is very lucky to have Peter. He is a true asset to this pharmacy, and I hope management recognizes what an excellent pharmacist and person he is.

“This Publix is the best!! Very quick checkout lanes, and sooo clean!! The manager Clayton was so helpful. My girlfriend & I were looking for Thomas plain bagels and there was none on the sales floor, so he went to the back to check and see if they had any. Keep in mind they had a deal on those buy one get one free. They ended up not having any in the back so he told us he would offer us another brand buy one get one free. He didn't have to do that, and he was very very generous with doing so. My family & I will definitely be going back to this Publix!! Thank you Clayton!!!”

“Shoutout to Josie at Publix in Naples! My card got flagged for fraud while I was checking out, and it turned into a whole situation. Josie was so patient and kind the entire time and didn’t make it stressful at all. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was, she offered to store all of our refrigerated items so they wouldn’t go bad while we sorted everything out. That level of care goes way beyond what’s expected.
Once everything was resolved, she even gave me a discount for the inconvenience, which was completely unnecessary but so appreciated. She truly cares about customers and it shows.”
