Fiona is an amazing cashier that has always made my day better with his positive attitude and knows where everything is, I love the old fashion design of this Publix. βI like publix at the Vineyards plaza. Itβs very convenient to my house. Itβs clean, the deli is great. I love the chicken sandwich they are so generous & I like it toasted before I add the veggies & I ask them to give me xtra pickles.β
βFresh produce and much cheaper than other stores in the area. You can also find some unique gem type products in the Aldi house brand. Only way to save money on food that I saw in Naples. Other than buying flyer sales. Pleasantly surprised...β
βThis ALDI store is always clean and well stocked. I love the huge variety of fruits and vegetables they have available. I have tried quite a lot of their store brand products and almost everything I've gotten has quality similar to or as good as name brand products. Every time my mom and I shop for groceries we go to ALDI first and then to Winn-Dixie for items not carried at ALDI. I highly recommend shopping at ALDI here in Naples or anywhere else that you might find an ALDI store.β

βThis is the best Publix. It is large, CLEAN and fairly new. Management trains their employees well. They are all personable, respectful and well mannered. My only complaint and is that it can sometimes be hit or miss with the stock of certain produce. Anyone that leaves this location a bad review is searchingβ¦β

βThere are many Publix stores in Naples, Fl. I have been in at least seven stores but Towne Center is my favorite. It is always clean. The staff is very knowledgable about the products and shares their thoughts. There is a pharmacy in this Publix and the pharmacists (Liv and Pete) are extremely helpful. Susan, the helper is fun and goes all out to help me. If I am worried about my health she always makes sure I leave with a smile. I am very proud to go to this Publix.β

βIt's Aldi. I personally love it but it's not for everyone. Bring a quarter for your cart, bags and/or boxes for your haul.
Some of the best things they sell: Lunch meats, cheeses, Happy Farms Greek full fat yogurt, cottage cheese, Happy Farms sour cream, Appleton Farms bacon, chocolate, and Clancy's chips. Veggies and fruit ard just ok as are the fresh meats and fish. Frozen products are usually excellent.
Never buy brand names at Aldi. They are rarely cheaper than other stores. The store brands are all very good, sometimes better than national brands.β

Excellent European store! The selection of Balkan and European products is outstanding, always fresh and well stocked. The owner is very friendly, professional, and always willing to help customers find what they need. The staff are welcoming, polite, and provide great customer service. The store is clean, organized, and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this market to anyone looking for quality European food and a pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely be coming back!β

βJust left this Publix and had Jackson at our checkout, loved him!!! Very happy, joyful and polite. Greeted us and asked if we needed help out to the car. Smiling the whole time, he really enjoys his job. Very refreshing and I left with a smile on my face!!!β
βRibeye steak cheaper than anywhere else in Naples! Aldi doesnβt lure you with big displays and super big stores; Aldi has good prices in some products that helps you to save money. It is always worth it to check for prices, specifically now where corporations grid its the new normal.β

βI'm am here on business for 3 months and visit Publix daily. Bella in management, always has a smile on her face and is very friendly to all customers. She takes the time to address customer concerns. The store is very clean and a sitting area upstairs is very accommodating to customers. Microwave, plastic wear, rest rooms, and internet. Only item I noticed and wish this location had is the full salad bar with hot food daily.β
βThis is a great Publix! Friendly staff, great selection, the deli counter is conveniently located at the front right of the store, so easy to pop in and get a fresh made sub. A little bit of a different layout than most stores, but easy to navigate. It's big, and has lots of natural light, which I find delightful when shopping mid morning. The store is always clean and well stocked. Good parking, it obviously can get really busy during peak hours, but that's all stores.β

Well, this specific location may not be the βprettiestβ, there are elements which make this public stand out. The one in particular is Dennis. He is amazing incredible human being, and always helpful. Such a friendly face who makes you feel like you belong. Dennis is a gem and an integral part of the community.β

βVery quiet when I went. I bought a boutique of flowers and asked them to wrap the flowers with care and well. It was okay, I wished it looked more presentable but overall my experience here with getting help was good!β
βBeautiful beach. Parking is tough. Local visitors center recommended heading off island before 3pm to avoid up to a 90 minute traffic jam trying to get over the bridge. Early, very early seems to be best. We spent a couple of hours, scored a few shells and enjoyed a few gift stores with remarkably good prices!β

I would like to sincerely thank Peter, the pharmacist at this Publix location, for his exceptional kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
I have lived in Naples since 1997, and it is unfortunately very rare to encounter a pharmacist who is not only knowledgeable, but also truly polite, patient, and human. Peter went above and beyond: he took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, accepted my GoodRx without any issue, and made a stressful situation feel calm and manageable.
His warm attitude, respect, and professionalism made a real difference, especially when dealing with a migraine. Interactions like this restore faith in customer service and healthcare.
Publix is very lucky to have Peter. He is a true asset to this pharmacy, and I hope management recognizes what an excellent pharmacist and person he is.

βI just want to say thank you to the older gentleman on 8/5/24 around 12:00 PM who not only bagged my groceries, but then also went the extra mile to push the cart to my car and put everything in my car for me while I was carrying my toddler. As a very busy Mama, I really appreciated it and felt he should be acknowledged for going the extra mile. He had white hair and a white mustache. βShoutout to Josie at Publix in Naples! My card got flagged for fraud while I was checking out, and it turned into a whole situation. Josie was so patient and kind the entire time and didnβt make it stressful at all. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was, she offered to store all of our refrigerated items so they wouldnβt go bad while we sorted everything out. That level of care goes way beyond whatβs expected.
Once everything was resolved, she even gave me a discount for the inconvenience, which was completely unnecessary but so appreciated. She truly cares about customers and it shows.β
