In my previous review of The Inn on Fifth from five years ago, I stated that it was arguably the premier place to stay in the greater Naples area. I just returned home from a weekend at the Inn on Fifth, and I can unequivocally say that it should be the only place to consider staying when in Naples.I had no idea that after covid and the hurricane that the management could improve on what they had. However, with the latest renovations in the main building and now the upgrades in the building across the street, it is hands down the best. There are now 5, renovated, club level suites on the second floor 270,271, 272, 273, including the huge 274 that all look right over 5th Ave and the front of the main building and there are several additional suites on the third floor that have the same view.It takes a lot more than just well-appointed facilities to please a clientele that is used to the best. It takes a professional team with client first training. My first complement goes to Lisa, the concierge for the club level. Lisa sees to it that everything is perfect, arranging the hard to get reservations and rides to and from the best restaurants and attractions. On top of that, while waiting for your reservation, Lisa directs a staff member to stock a complimentary, self-serve, top-shelf open bar with warm and cold appetizers for each guest to enjoy all evening long. Most importantly, when checking in, you must ask for Zuzana, who manages up front. She will go out of her way to make sure that everything is as exquisite as it should be wherever you may be on the property.Whether you are in a standard room or a suite, Zuzana will make sure that you have the amazing experience that you deserve.Be sure to say hi and thank your driver Petar, who comes complements of the house. Petar is always professional and knowledgeable, taking your party to and from all there is to see in his spotless Escalade.Make a reservation and experience the excellent service at The Inn on 5th. Trust me, you won't leave disappointed.

Luis Clavijo was wonderful in helping us while we were there for a week. He worked the front desk and was great.Noteworthy details: Luis Clavijo at the front desk could not have been more helpful.

We ate at Ocean Prim inside the Inn on 5th. Food was amazing, service was on point. Celebrated my Wife's 50th Birthday, our server made it a remarkable evening. Thanks for the memories. Very pleased.

We had an incredible time on our visit. The rooftop pool area with hot tub was exceptional, and much needed after a long day. Would recommend!

So happy with my entire experience. I am a local and my stay was a romantic one! The concierge staff (Mark) was a pleasure to work with before my stay, and was so attentive that he made my wishes come true (upgraded my room to the Royal King) at my check-in, it was specifically noted from him based on a few weeks prior conversation, how cool and totally personal experience! Front desk, room service, cleaning staff, valet and bellhop, pool/bar service were all exceptional, top-notch and very high class! Highly recommend a beautiful stay-cation from a fellow Florida to another. And walks up and down 5th were so memorable, down to the beach and up the entire strip! Don't forget Ocean Prime (make reservations in advance, totally worth your while!) What a memorable experience! Definitely coming back!Rooms: Couple of maintenence worthy items, feel free to contact, super simple, but still loved every second of my stay! Highly recommend!

The wife and I make an annual trip without the kids. We picked the Inn on 5th for its location in one of our favorite towns. When arriving we were greeted with a lively and outstanding front desk receptionist named Hollo. After a few nights we have concluded the Inn is far more than just a great location. The Inn is full of outstanding people striving to assure your stay is sublime.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at The Inn on Fifth to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Unfortunately, our overall experience fell far short of our expectations, and I feel compelled to share our concerns. One of the major issues that significantly impacted our stay was the lack of information about an event taking place outside the hotel on both nights of our reservation. The noise and large crowds made it challenging to enjoy a quiet and romantic weekend, which was the primary reason for choosing your hotel. If we had been informed of the event in advance, we would have considered alternative dates or chosen a different location.Another major letdown was the couples massage that I had booked for us. It was only after we were on the massage table that we were informed there was no air conditioning. The lack of a/c made the experience unbearable, and I was on the verge of passing out due to overheating. We had to cancel the massage and return to our room so I could cool down with cold cloths on my head. This lack of communication about the broken air conditioning is absolutely unacceptable, and it disrupted what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend.I selected The Inn on Fifth specifically for its reputation as a quiet and relaxing retreat, but unfortunately, our experience was anything but tranquil. The combination of external noise and the discomfort of the massage experience greatly detracted from the enjoyment of our weekend. In light of these issues, I must express my dissatisfaction with our stay, and regrettably, I will not be considering The Inn on Fifth for future visits. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve communication with guests and address issues promptly.

What is going on here? For this caliber of hotel, I'm just baffled. The service at the pool is non existent. Bartenders just disappear randomly. No one helps with towels and the towels are about 20 years old. The rooms themselves are small especially for the nightly room rate. It's valet only which I don't love. There were no wine openers available anywhere. The elevators take FOREVER. No slippers with the robes. It's like a 3 star hotel that is trying to be fancy and charge high end rates. The walkability to downtown is lovely and the lobby is beautiful but goodness, service needs to step up to keep a 4 star feel

5 star all the way. Location is clutch, service is impeccable, pool is great. Only downside is no breakfast room service

We had a wonderful stay. Fantastic room and service. Loved the convenient location. The pool was great but became noisy when a reception started.
