Overall I was thoroughly impressed by the staff, environment, service, and professionalism. When I got to the store I was helped in a fast, kind, and professional manner. The store was a very clean and comfortable environment. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this store, and I will definitely be a returning customer in the near future.

On my recent visit to the UPS store in Crossroads Market, I was helped by an outstanding employee named Vikki. She went above and beyond to get all my packages sent on their way. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate having my afternoon made easier thanks to her. UPS needs more employees like Vikki.

Horrible, and rude older man at the counter. Unprofessional and unkind. He even said “let me finish” as I was agreeing to pay the $3 for them to package my item. I was calm cool and collected and I left saying “did that really just happen?” There are plenty of other ups stores in the area I’ll be making it a point to go to those instead

Rude clerk who charged $3.99 for one piece of tape told me “maybe you’ll read the directions next time”, when there were no instructions indicating that the box had to be taped. The rude attitude and his obnoxious demeanor was the main issue. I told him that I didn’t have time because I was on my way to an appointment that I was running late for…..he’s the older man that works there….the young men are courteous and helpful! It would have been an easy to tape the box. Where’s there customer service???. I believe he was the owner or manager which makes it all the worse!! By the way he told me that the cost was $3.99, not $3.00.

When you visit this site, Look for the younger gentleman to assist you. The older man with glasses was unprofessional. I told him in the beginning that it’s my first time getting something notarized and he expected me to know all the procedures. I have to send a stack of important paperwork and every page have my signature on it. He saw the stack and he made me resigned the papers because I have to do it in front of him. But I already did them all in advance because it’s a big stack of papers. I’m paying for his service but he wasn’t professional at all.

This place has really gone down the toilet. Dingy. Some of the employees are friendly - some of them are straight rude to your face, or completely ignore you. To be fair its probably very hard to find, let alone keep, good help at a business like this - but man if my employees ever acted like that I would fire them on the spot. Put your phone down and wipe the counters - or pick up the trash.

Be on time! 6:02 and they'll stare at you and your labeled package through the glass door! It didn't need to go out today and could have gone out in the morning. I miss drop boxes.

Get your attitude here for asking for a receipt and then have the package you sent going to xfinity return back to you for no reason. Zero stars

They charged me $3.20 for 5 cents worth of tape to close the top of a small box I had a ups return label for, that is how they treat their customers.

Shipped a package two days ago via next day air for a specific time. The lady that assisted me was extremely polite and helpful. However, the packaged was not received by the guaranteed time and date. I spoke with "Jeff" and he literally insulted me at the beginning of the call. I stated I shipped a package to be received by a certain time and he said " I doubt you selected by 3pm." ( I ACTUALLY DID I have the $48 receipt to prove that) He then aggressively stated you know what yeah the customer is always right. This guy has no sense of customer service to say the least. As a matter of fact I will never ship a package at this location ever again because I was not rude and I require the same respect I give.

I won't drop anything off there anymore. It was fine until it wasn't. 2 pkgs "supposedly " scanned n given 1 receipt. 1 item never got returned to Amazon. Amazon told me the ups receipt had a glitch. Founds fishy.If u fo have to go there, demand 1 receipt for each item.
