I will only use the UPS Store at 6017 Pine Ridge Rd, Naples. Manager and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced.

On my recent visit to the UPS store in Crossroads Market, I was helped by an outstanding employee named Vikki. She went above and beyond to get all my packages sent on their way. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate having my afternoon made easier thanks to her. UPS needs more employees like Vikki.
