This post office should be investigated. Maybe it’s time to call the Attorney General.
I tried to put a claim in and it wouldn’t accept my claim how does that work.

I’ve had multiple packages that were marked as delivered but i never received. When I go to ask about them I have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was told if it says delivered it was delivered without looking into anything! If I could give zero stars I would!

My package couldn’t be delivered because it didn’t fit in the mailbox they left me A slip two days afterwards I send my husband to the post office to collect my package. They told him the package isn’t there. It was sent out for a delivery. It was never delivered. I’m trying to phone the office to ask if my package is there before I send my husband out again yet, nobody’s answering the phone

Avoid this location at all costs, they delivered my passport to the wrong house, and have lost other important documents I have sent in the mail. I paid for another package to have 2 day delivery and they sent it across the country and it did not arrive for a whole week and they refused to give me a refund.

the worst. refused to deliver my 2 packages to my door despite rescheduling delivery for the both. I also called them 4 times with no answer.

Very easy process had a hard time changing our address at another post office however, at this location it was really smooth and the guy we spoke to had good customer service.

Absolutely terrible. Everyone that works there is rude as hell, and basically it's like you are bothering them when you knock on their door. Also the mail lady is lazy, she won't even attempt to deliver to my address, she just marks it undeliverable

With so many poor reviews how does this location still exist?? I had my mail forwarded for the summer with a specific end date. Mail kept going to the summer location. I then went online and canceled the request. Mail still going to summer location. Then received a vacant notice and filled it out. Mail still went to summer location. I finally went to this office. The line was long, employees rude and horrible hours. But I was polite and the next day I got my mail. Kill ‘‘em with kindness!

Good luck getting any customer service from Dave or David or whatever his unimportant name was who clearly has some sort of complex. When I walked in today, Dave seemed to be having the time of his life chatting up a storm about his Christian values and standing up for what’s right with a customer but good ol’ boy Dave checked his values when it was time to service me. I was trying to explain my situation and gather information but every word that came out of my mouth seemed to irritate this guy. I was rudely told repeatedly the he couldn’t write and talk at the same time and that I was making the process take longer by talking to him when I was only asking questions pertaining to the issue at hand. Luckily I kept my composure and left sad but not surprised at the way that this person behaved. He should be ashamed to call him self a Christian that stand for what is right. And it should be an embarrassment to post office to have someone who is so nasty towards “certain” customers helping people is completely unacceptable.

They say my package was delivered on the 10/27/23 by my mailbox but my zip code is not 34105 it’s 34120 and I have no package delivered at this point I’m being calling every single day and no one had answered the calls
