There is literally no point in going to this store for help. The carbon leeching, name tag wearing, gastropods that take up space in this store will sit you in front of a computer to use the website that you had trouble navigating to get thru before you came to the option of going there. However, they fail to see or care about this fact. They have as much diligence and urgency to help you as the wall that confines them in the hourly job they detest. You are much better off going thru costumer support on the phone, as this is what they will have you do at the store anyways. The incompetence is fit for Saturday night live, if it wasn't so unbelievable frustrating to have to go thru.

Went in to get someone’s account switched over onto mine, and immediately got turned away and told to do it online. What’s the point in having a store if they can’t help switch account info.

This review is for Jeremy and Nadi only. They are shining stars in a very dim Verizon atmosphere. I’m a business owner from Chicago who provides IPhones as well as other apple products to all our professionals and some staff. . I walked into the Verizon store we work with in downtown Chicago on Friday 2/16 to update all my equipment (two ipad pros (big and one smaller: new phone and Apple Watch). Notwithstanding the fact made it clear I was going to be in Naples the Chicago aspect of the purchase and set up was a NIGHTMARE. But Jeremy and Nadi are saviors for that location. Jeremy the manager is extremely smart and patient and got everything going and set up the watch which was quite a process. And Nadi works extremely hard in a difficult situation getting everyone set up with service and the like. Both are gems . Verizon needs more employees like them and less corporate shills. And bottled water would be nice versus a public drinking fountain in today’s world.

Trash. Nobody answers the phone. Be prepared to wait. And wait.The "manager" is ratchet and rude, talking down to customers like she thinks it's a Netflix movie.They will make you wait forever for help. They will take your trade in, then cancel your $$ credit. They do not care.Do not trust these people.

This company is absolutely terrible. They provide no support whatsoever. My phone broke this morning and I went through to file a claim, which lead me in circles with no resolution. I could not contact a human being and the automated system wouldn't go any further without a verification text to my broken phone.
What level of oversight is required to include a phone verification in instances where a phone is broken? It's just lazy and embarrassing.
So I go down to the Verizon store and get told the same thing, I'm not being quiet about it and letting sure every customer knows the struggles I'm going through.
Then Jeremy, the manager, comes out and proceeds to give me this holier-than-thou attitude, talking down and insulting me before saying "Now if you want my help come over to the table" So I spit some expletives at him and left the building.
Yeah I was in a bad mood but Jeremy wanted to make it personal when my issue was with his business. The only "rude" thing I did was to air my grievances to other customers since the business would not assist me.
Avoid this place and this company like a plague, because they take their customers for granted and don't care even a little bit unless you're just happily handing them your money.
EDIT: Just look the reply they left me, a facade of empathy and reliability. You'll notice this automated reply does not include a way for me to contact them to get my issues resolved. I still have not received any way to claim the protection plan on my phone which I can only assume means they've stolen my money from me with no desire to provide the service they sold me. I will be contacting the FTC to report Verizon for fraud.

They are complete theaves. Today I went in to get a very simple case and a screen protector for my phone and they did not have the correct case for my phone and continued to attempt to sell me a case that I did NOT want at all and was not what I was looking for. Also, they continued to be theaves by trying to charge me $130 for a case and a screen protector which I walked right on out of there and went on Amazon and ordered the same case and screen protector for $38. In addition to them being money theaves they took forever to get me the attention that I deserved as a customer as there were 5 employees standing around on there phones not paying attention to the customer at hand. Therefore, I do NOT recommend going to this establishment and I would recommend either Amazon or just go to apple.
