Wanted to make a Photo Book for my Mom’s 80th Birthday but no clue how to do it.
Felipe to the rescue !!!
I spent over an hour there and asked him at least a million questions.
He patiently answered every question I had and helped me successfully make the book.
On top of that he was so busy helping other customers, stocking shelves, answering phones and doing the job of 3 people.
Walgreens… give this man a Raise !! He was one of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with.
And seriously… get more help. The store was super busy and employees overworked.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Walgreens location. For over a year, I’ve experienced consistently poor service, and it only seems to be getting worse. Every time I use the drive-thru—which is supposed to be a convenient option—I end up waiting far too long.
Most recently, I was intentionally ignored for 12 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. It wasn’t until I made it very clear that I was upset and looking in through the window that someone finally helped me. I was then told my prescription wasn’t ready, despite receiving multiple notifications over the past two weeks that it was. After insisting they check again, they suddenly “found” it—but only 2 out of 3 boxes were ready. I agreed to take what was available, only to be told that now it wouldn’t be ready for another hour and a half.
This has become the norm—long waits, misinformation, and prescriptions not actually being ready despite being notified otherwise. I will not be continuing my prescriptions at this location. If you’re considering using this pharmacy, be prepared to wait and take the chance that your prescription might not even be ready.
Walgreens seriously needs to get it together.

I had the fortunate experience of meeting Bryan who helped me with my passport photo and transfer of the same to my email for further processing. Bryan was extremely professional, very, very courteous and patient.

This has been the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. 1 hour and 22 minutes on hold just for it to ring and get hung up on. This has been a more than once occurance. Now I sent a prescription refill request last Sunday and had to call on Thursday to see why it was saying there was an insurance issue. Come to find out the pharmacy coded it wrong. No big deal since the pharmacist said it would be ready the very next day. Well guess what it's not and the app still says insurance issues. This is a life saving medicine and you can't get ahold of anyone to get it corrected yet again.

Decent clean Walgreens. Often appear to be short staffed, but overall do a decent job. I feel the main issue is the their ability to deal with the old angry boomers here in Naples In close proximity to this particular Walgreens.

I can't believe all of the complaints. It's Season & some Tech's & Pharmacists are Seasonal so they need to get up to speed. Try 4290 Tamiami Trail EAST. You'll be shocked at the staffs no smile, no hello-make you wait & they take forever just to ring up your scripts. Asking a male where feminine products are? Really?He was probably embarrassed. All aisles are well-labeled. Would you want to do their jobs? Prob not. Be patient & if you're being rude, that sets the stage for how your experience will go. There are so many other things in life to worry about. Geez.

This has to be the most incompetent Walgreens out there. 16 months in a row of not getting it right. All I have are 2 thyroid medications. This company is so worried about DEI and has hired the most incompetent people on the planet. I’m sure it’s not this one but I am done with them. Never again.

Rose, we love you. I've seen negative reviews posted here about Rose. I call bullshit just as she probably called bullshit on them. Rose is a seasoned, weathered Floridian. She's an avid reader too. Anyone visiting this Walgreens should try to get to know her....if she'll let you. Hint, a little tongue and cheek goes a long way with Rose.

Every interaction with Rose feels very rude and uncomfortable, but I've never actually seen or interacted with her inside the store. I've only ever seen her sitting on the sidewalk making crude remarks to me and other customers on the way into the store. It's like a backwards version of a Walmart greeter

This should be a zero if it was available. This Pharmacy and their pharmacy techs are some of the most rude, attitude ridden people ever. And to be the people who are supposedly there to actually care for a patients prescription needs. I am going to leave Walgreens forever as a customer after today. To the pharmacy tech who gave me the attitude with her answer on one of my key diabetic prescriptions you can go jump into traffic. You may not care about my health but I certainly do. And I hope there are some complications that arise now that Walgreens has withheld my prescription for weeks now and offered no feasible solution on how to get it refilled. What an absolute JOKE of a "service" organization, you should be ashamed and the callous people you have interacting with your pharmacy patients should all be fired.

First time going into this location. Just got a few snacks and water, it was not busy a few customers. The cashier greeted us as we walked in and was very polite at cash out. Things looked organized and neat, with an overall clean appearance. Keep up the good work!

Horrible customer care, Unethical, extremely rude, the doctor told me I had to wait 2-3 days to receive my antibiotic, I returned to CVS, I do not recommend this Walgreens to anyone!!!!

I went today to get my husband's prescription. After a long night of frustration at the ER, it was refreshing to interact with these nice ladies.Thank you Heather and thanks to Gabriel. Both of them helped me tremendously trying to find the best price for my husband medication. At the end, after trying a few discount companies platforms, we got a huge discount.Once again thanks to both of you!
