“There was a charge on my card that I didn't make. I called my bank and reported it, and made a claim. I also went to Costco and spoke to Yuri in customer service. She found the problem right away. Needless to say my bank denied the claim, but Yuri didn't. I was issued a credit right away. Thanks girl.”
