“First - these days, a city is lucky to have a watch repair store. Naples is one of those with Moorings Plaza Watch Repair.
This time, our needs were simple. We have a Minnie Mouse watch that was our daughter's and now want to give to our granddaughter. It did need a new watch band put on (which I was not able to get from them) and a battery, - so brought both in and in 5 minutes, I was out the door. (and only charged for the battery, not putting on the watch band)

It was my first time getting to handle a particular watch brand in person and the experience was incredible.We started by going into a watch store across from Yamron's where we were not acknowledged by the gentleman in the Rolex section. The gentleman seemed to be mindlessly scrolling on a social media sight and did not even lift his head to see us let alone speak to us.Yamron's staff provided superior customer service, we spent a considerable amount of time with Scott. “I am getting married in 2 years and have been struggling to find a jewelry store (besides pandora) to work with me on finding a set to give my bridesmaid the employee Jordan was the one who helped me and he was super helpful and understanding. He helped put some sets together and even told a set that I am particularly interested in was no longer going to be sold next year and helped me find a backup set in case I couldn't get the set in time. “I walked into the shop about 3 weeks ago looking for a Rolex and was initially hesitant based on all the negative reviews I read about the store before visiting it. I'm not the clean shaven type and usually dress casually as I did this day in shorts, sandals, and wearing my daily Tissot watch, and as I walked in I felt a bit uncomfortable and seemed like I might have been ignored at first, or maybe I still had those negative reviews affecting my perception, but a very nice gentleman which I actually found out was the technician, and a very knowledgeable horologist assisted me. We looked at some used Rolex none of which met my expectations then he tried to guide me to Tudor which I almost took as an insult, but who am I to be judgemental. I walked out and came back a few minutes later with my wife and then Everybody started helping me, that was kind of weird, but I work in service too and it's hard not being judgemental on whether people are there to waste your time and pose or truly looking to build a relationship with the business. Anyway, my lovely wife pointed out a large Cartier Santos with a gold bezel and I fell in love with it. Pulled out the wallet and everybody was very helpful in closing the deal. Still haven't received the links that were ordered (I have a large wrist), hopefully it won't be much longer, and I called and asked to be placed on a waiting list for a new Rolex Sea-Dweller. Got a call back within a day saying that someone will contact me when the links come in and to discuss the Sea-Dweller. Still waiting on those calls and my review will be edited as updated.
Update: over a month now and still haven't received the links for the Cartier Santos. Called Cartier and got the worst service call ever. I own several watches, and have never had an issue getting Links. Gucci sent me 2 extra gold links within 2 weeks from Europe. This will be my last Cartier purchase, hoping this store can fix the issue soon by either accepting a return of the watch, or finding links somewhere. Also, never got a call back for the Rolex Sea Dweller In want to put on the list for. Minus 1 star for now and will be updated next week.
Update: Mark was finally able to acquire some Links and all is good.”
