i have called this Xfinity store in Naples for the past two hours; and NO ONE answers at the Store!
They tell me i have a personal hotspot
No service No help from xfinity no matter how many times ive called.
Whats the point of giving them all our business when there is absolutely no customer service or respect.

After 30+ years with another big cell phone provider, my wife and I decided to check out Xfinity. We made an appointment and after reading some horror stories about service we were prepared for an ordeal. Approximately 5 minutes after we arrived ( a little early) we were introduced to Katherine. She was far and away the best customer service I have dealt with in many years. She was incredibly knowledgeable, infinitely patient with a couple of us old folks, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I have never posted a review before but I really felt that Katherine deserved recognition. We switched everything to xfinity and hopefully she is representative of the company. Either way I really wanted to thank and give Katherine her just due.

After walking in and being told it's a 25 min wait..I waited almost 1 hr 1/2.. never being told I could've made an appt! Construction zone,not safe. Horrible conditions for staff n customers! My attendant was very helpful n understanding n did his BEST to resolve my issue w knowledgeable answers to my questions. Left satisfied but frustrated as well. Xfinity needs to Restructure the staffing and location issues,please..YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS DUE TO PRICES N LACK OF QUALITY IN YOUR REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT YOU KEEP PASSING OUT!

Your website where I signed up for services said your location was open until 7pm today on a Wednesday. I made special arrangements to be here a little after 5, and you're closed. Apparently Google knows you randomly close early on Wednesdays at 5pm but your corporate website where clients sign up for your service doesn't?
Fix this, please.

Went in to change a piece of equipment I purchased at their store. When I told them it was over 30 days since purchase but covered by warranty, they didn't even bother to check my receipt or look up my account or perform any kind of customer service. 3 Employees just stood there and said, "they couldn't do anything and call customer service." Came back a second time after calling Comcast customer service and brought them a case ID#. Again, they refused to do anything and didn't even bother to check the case # - claiming they needed a warranty case ticket to resolve it. Impression was that they were just making things up to avoid addressing the request. The sheer lack of effort to help or even check any of the information I gave them was an example of the worst customer service possible. It literally would have been as easy as giving me a replacement part to resolve the problem.

Too much talk and unrelated subjects to chose from. when all I want to do is to contact a comcast store! Comcast wastes my time with impersonal recordings!
