“Amazing, Spectacular, Professional service!!! My experience at this At&T store was so memorable, I have to leave a review. I came on a Saturday with a broken phone that did not work and I could not access any of my information. Not only did Rolando, the store manager, help to make my experience memorable, but his team that included Thaer and Luis treated me like royalty. Not only did they find a solution to my problem, but I left with a new phone. They did not stop until my new phone was uploaded with all my info from my broken phone. They just got the job done! No excuses, No Issues, coupled with incredible product knowledge. Mastery of the business in every aspect and even every app on the phone. Amazing!!! That's all I can say! I DONT THINK I COULD HAVE BETTER SERVICE EVEN IF I WAS SOME VIP! Thank you !!”

“This phone repair service called 'Fix Station' is one of the best I've ever used! They have amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable technicians. I had a broken phone and was able to get it fixed quickly and at a good price.”
“We've been AT&T customers for about 20 years and sure, we've had some odd issues with billing or devices or internet connectivity but ultimately they get fixed. We recently had some phone issues and the people at their toll free customer service number were totally useless so we went to the local store at London Square and met Angie. She doggedly figured out what the issue was, solved the problem, changed our plans, and saved us money! We have been back with various questions which she always answered and we upgraded my phone with her yesterday. (Doing my husband's upgrade next week.). I'm sure the other staff in the store are perfectly capable as well, but Angie is now our go-to person for any problem or purchase.”

I’ve gone to other AT&T locations for help after dealing with 611 representatives, which unfortunately has been a frustrating experience. In the past, I’ve been told “it’s not our problem” and advised to call 611 again. That was not the case here.
This team truly goes above and beyond. They took the time to help, showed genuine care, and made sure the issue was resolved without passing the buck. This location should absolutely be the standard for both the 611 call center and other local AT&T stores.

“My earphone speaker was distorted. Went first to UbreakIFix. And they wanted to charge me 400 to replace the whole front digitizer with the earphone because they said that’s was the only thing that would resolve it. BUT they also said. Do you have Insurance? With a little research I found out that the Small Business of UBreakIFix was now sold to Asurion. With that said. I looked for an alternative and came across Cesar from CRV Technology. And I can say I am glad I did. Turns out my issue was a simple earpiece clean out and I was on my way for 35 bucks! Honest man running an honest business. This is what will keep me coming back and referring him to friends. Thanks Cesar for your attention to detail and knowing not to nickle and dime a client. This will lead to a future of success for you.”

“I don’t even have a year with this company and as today I never have problems with the signal, I have service always and they said that sometimes they has lower velocity because the system are very busy but I never have problem with my service of the internet!!!! I hope they don’t change because I’m a person that I always pay a lot of money with others recognize Companies for have a good internet service and never have the offer of free or unlimited data. Well my husband and I before we change with Criket we pay around $180 monthly and only we are 2 person!!!! Well I just said that I’m very happy and make a good decision the day I change with CRIKET!!!! I recommended 100%!!!?????????”

“One thing I've always loved about boost Mobile they always have a store near. Nice and clean and so well organized. Always a nice selection of phones display. The sales reps are always knowledgeable and very helpful. Found what I was looking for since my first phone my LG 5 stylus had broken. Being an old customer, I managed to get a wonderful deal on a Galaxy A13. I've been around a number of the least greats mobile phone providers. I have yet to see one that tops boost Mobile in customer service. Don't take my word see for yourself.”
