“They assess my phone at no charge in a timely fashion and let me know that it was a problem with the phone, not with operator error on set up ! I appreciate the fact that they got the job done as quickly as possible as I had driven a couple hours to get to them. Good communication as well I was satisfied with their service & i would recommend them as well as use them again if needed in the future.”
“My earphone speaker was distorted. Went first to UbreakIFix. And they wanted to charge me 400 to replace the whole front digitizer with the earphone because they said that’s was the only thing that would resolve it. BUT they also said. Do you have Insurance? With a little research I found out that the Small Business of UBreakIFix was now sold to Asurion. With that said. I looked for an alternative and came across Cesar from CRV Technology. And I can say I am glad I did. Turns out my issue was a simple earpiece clean out and I was on my way for 35 bucks! Honest man running an honest business. This is what will keep me coming back and referring him to friends. Thanks Cesar for your attention to detail and knowing not to nickle and dime a client. We had a complicated and frustrating situation that involved multiple visits and a lot of confusion, and he was truly the only person who stepped in and consistently helped us from start to finish.
