“This is my neighborhood Publix. I grab dinner at the deli counter probably once or twice a week. Mondy in the deli is the BEST! She is friendly. Today she noticed me waiting for service. She stopped what she was doing in the back, washed her hands and helped me out right away. She always gives a full plate of food, too. Never skimps out.”
“Thank you to the amazing staff and customers who helped my good friend on Saturday afternoon, 4/25/26, when her legs collapsed and she fell to the floor.
So many people came to our aid. One woman found a chair Another brought the special cart with the seat. People helped lift her to the cart. The staff helped us to our car, checked out our groceries for us, and loaded our bags. They stayed with my friend while I ran in and paid.
Everyone went above and beyond to help us and my friend and I can't thank you enough!!

“Today I went in on a busy Saturday and went to the deli which is always busy even on weekdays but I had the pleasure of being helped by the most sweetest lady named Damaris in Deli. She was smiling and even went above and beyond without the look of annoyance because I usually order Boar’s head Cajun turkey which requires them to slice. They also ran out of white sub bread but she went and grabbed fresh ones from the bakery for me. I was looking for a manger to let them know what a great employee she was but didn’t see any as I was checking out. Please let her know how she made me feel like a valued customer.”

“I went on 1/9 around 6:48pm to CVS. There was an African american woman who was practically caring for the whole store by herself with the exception of her other coworker. She was moving balloons and inventory around and she was so kind and helping people out at the self checkout. If I had my own company I’d hire her and pay her so much. Love that woman. I didn’t get her name but she was on the older side and I think wearing a face mask? Not sure though. But she’s great.”

“When my local compounding pharmacy closed, I was skeptical about using a long distance pharmacy, but here's my experience. The associates who answer the phone are always so friendly and know who I am when I call. When I've needed to speak to the pharmacist, it was never a lengthy wait, even if she had to call me back. Her advice was spot-on as well. Finally, my meds are shipped immediately and they provide me with a tracking number so I know when they will be delivered. Overall, I never got such great service with my local pharmacy. The way I am treated convinces me that they appreciate my business and care about my health. Love, love, love SoBe Apothecary!”

“I actually like this Publix more than newer ones. Firstly though...the parking lot is a nightmare! It is in a strip mall and very messy to navigate. However, although it does not have self-checkout, it has items other Publix' do not have.”
