Turns out they didn't have the wheel I needed so he took even more time to be sure I got the next best thing so I was left empty handed wondering what I was gonna do. “I normally go to their more southern location, but on a Saturday morning that location was very busy. This location, just a mile or so north on US1 was not busy. In the past I had mostly bought used tires as the need arose but lately I have been buying new tires instead. Their selection of used tires is extensive and their prices include mounting and balancing. As for new tires, I paid $75 cash for a 205/55/16 mounted and balanced out the door. It is an off brand tire that runs well and has sufficient grip in the rain. Time will tell if it has longevity but other new tires that I have bought from them last year are still wearing very well. And for not having to make an appointment at Walmart or BJ's, I'm willing to pay a few dollars more.”

I went specifically to have my A/C replaced as I had a bad experience some place else. They went a head and checked my AC system and found that all I needed was a correct way to service the AC. Aside for being down my self right now and not employed they saved me a very large amount of money. I wish I can rember the name of the older gentleman and the AC. I thanked them both and advised that all my cars are going to them for service. “I ordered six tires from a different shop and they told me they couldn't mount and balance duals after I showed up to have them installed. A friend referenced me to South Dixie Tires. I called them and they told me they could mount and balance them and to come right away. This was at 3 pm on a Saturday and they close at 530 pm. They jumped right on it and had everything done quickly and sent me on my way for a great price. Very friendly and courteous. I wish I would have went through them to begin with.”

Checked my brake pads and gave me the approximate percentage of wear for front and back. Didn't try to upselll me but recommended to be ready for the rears to be changed soon. Honest dude.
