“I bought a wheel online to replace one I had that was cracked in multiple spots and I called after making the order to be sure everything was in order and bryan took the time to make sure everything was in order. Turns out they didn't have the wheel I needed so he took even more time to be sure I got the next best thing so I was left empty handed wondering what I was gonna do. “We were so grateful that we received the spare as ordered. It was a weird order that this business and no others were able to fulfill without going to the dealership. However, the techs were not able to install the spare for me as promised. They made every effort within a short amount of time, but there was something about tension in the cable for the tire (it should sit in the under carriage) that they were afraid would snap. The spare is now sitting in the back of the car taking up unnecessary space. I did arrive 45 minutes before closing, but we have been overwhelmed with grief and tasks after my father’s passing here in Miami. No one called back later to say, “hey, now that we have more time, we’ve asked around, watched YouTube videos or something and can help with the install.” Not ideal as we can’t use the third row of seats until my husband travels here for the funeral to put the spare where it belongs.”

“I normally go to their more southern location, but on a Saturday morning that location was very busy. This location, just a mile or so north on US1 was not busy. In the past I had mostly bought used tires as the need arose but lately I have been buying new tires instead. Their selection of used tires is extensive and their prices include mounting and balancing. As for new tires, I paid $75 cash for a 205/55/16 mounted and balanced out the door. It is an off brand tire that runs well and has sufficient grip in the rain. Time will tell if it has longevity but other new tires that I have bought from them last year are still wearing very well. And for not having to make an appointment at Walmart or BJ's, I'm willing to pay a few dollars more.”

I went specifically to have my A/C replaced as I had a bad experience some place else. They went a head and checked my AC system and found that all I needed was a correct way to service the AC. “I ordered six tires from a different shop and they told me they couldn't mount and balance duals after I showed up to have them installed. A friend referenced me to South Dixie Tires. I called them and they told me they could mount and balance them and to come right away. This was at 3 pm on a Saturday and they close at 530 pm. They jumped right on it and had everything done quickly and sent me on my way for a great price. Very friendly and courteous. I wish I would have went through them to begin with.”

Checked my brake pads and gave me the approximate percentage of wear for front and back. Didn't try to upselll me but recommended to be ready for the rears to be changed soon. Honest dude.
