“I have lived in Homestead for 46 years and I recently visited Anne Marie's for the first time. I have sons and always thought Anne Marie's was a bridal dress shop. I took my Granddaughter to try to find a party dress. I am completely touched about how loving the ladies are and especially Anne Marie. My Granddaughter was treated like a princess. I just sat and watched with such a full heart. My Granddaughter had so much fun and after many try ons, she found a dress she was so happy with. I am very sure Anne Marie's get many accolades. “I had an amazing experience at the fragrance department in Macy’s thanks to Melissa. From the moment I approached the counter, Melissa was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I originally came in for an exchange and ended up upgrading to a more expensive perfume because of the excellent recommendations Melissa gave me. She truly knows fragrances and took the time to help me find something that matched exactly what I was looking for.
What stood out the most was Melissa’s attitude and customer service. Melissa smiled the entire time, was patient, and went completely out of her way to make the experience feel special. She even beautifully dressed and decorated the perfume packaging, which made the purchase feel elegant and personal. Melissa also offered me several samples without me even asking, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Honestly, Melissa reminded me of what shopping at Macy’s used to feel like 15 years ago — personalized, welcoming, and high-end. Because of Melissa, my opinion of Macy’s has completely improved. Employees like Melissa are the reason customers come back. Macy’s management should truly recognize Melissa for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. “?????Very spread-out Old Navy location, and as someone who loves the sister brands — especially as a Banana Republic Luxe member — I wouldn’t mind seeing a bit more inventory here. That said, it may simply be because this store is always super quiet. Honestly, it might be one of the least trafficked Old Navy locations in South Florida, and that actually works in its favor. Calm, uncrowded, and easy to browse, it turns shopping into a relaxed, low-stress experience. Sometimes quiet really is a luxury.”

“Inside this excellent outlet, the Levi's store deserves a special review. Truly very low prices, even compared to the prices found in Levi's in Italian outlets such as the one in Marcianise (McArthurGlen). Very large shop, lots of choice of any type of product. Unfortunately my suitcase was already full and I had little time but I still managed to get a shirt for €18 and a denim jacket for €15 (my girlfriend got another one for €13). They also have some very chaotic lanes but 70% off with hidden gems. Absolutely recommended.”

“I had one of the most amazing experiences at Macy's. I went to buy a suit for my father to celebrate his 50 wedding anniversary with my mom to the Macy's in Southland mall and they not just mistreated us but made us feel horrible, therefore, we decided to go to the one in The falls because my dad really liked one from your collection so we went to an other location. When we got there we found the suit without help but when we tried to ask about other stuff that we needed we found Suzanne from Cosmetics that gave us an amazing treatment and customer service and showed us that not all employees are the same. “I had never heard of this place and found it on Google when I first saw the place I was a bit hesitant but decided to be open minded. From the moment I walked in I was greeted immediately and was helped by Neidy, she was amazing, listened and gave me recommendations. I was able to find the perfect dress for my daughter's 15's. I was also impressed by the pricing and the fact that they tailored the dress to my liking. I ended up taking my husband to get a suit and was also a great price and great quality.
