“Long story short, I tried ordering directly from a popular mattress company. What was supposed to take two weeks for delivery became three, and then four. I spoke to Ian on a Thursday about what I was looking for. He had an option, but I needed to get my original order resolved. Fast forward a week, wife and I made it in to see what our options were. Wife found what she wanted, and Ian got us setup. Mattress was delivered today and we really couldn’t be happier. We appreciate the willingness to go above and beyond to get us on a comfortable bed.”
