“It has been so long since I had my custom pantry installed by Alpha Closets that there were no records in their computer. At least 12 to 14 years ago. The pantry has been in full use since then and I’ve been very pleased with it. However, last weekend it partially collapsed. I thought I’d drop by the office on Monday and see what the good people at Alpha Closets recommended I do. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I showed them photos and emailed them to the office so that their guys could figure out what the problem was. Within a couple of hours I received an email stating that they’d be out the next morning to tear down the shelves and they should be able to reinstall that afternoon. Tuesday morning they came and did just as promised. They explained that they do not use the system previously installed in my pantry anymore but they would upgrade me to their current, much stronger system. They completed the work, were extremely polite and informative and did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. This was truly over and above any warranty expectations. Alpha Closets not only stands by their work, they are professional and extremely pleasant to work with.
